1. We gratefully welcome friendship with the United Federation of the East as well as establishing dialogue with the People's Republic of Africa.
2. On March 21 20XX, a conference of delegations from the British Columbian CCP, the Albertan CCP, the Saskatchewan CCP and the Manitoban CCP approved the Treaty of Creation of the CCCP and the Declaration of its creation, these two documents were confirmed by the 1st Congress of Canadian Communist Union of the CCCP and signed by heads of delegations respectively on March 24, 20XX. . . . March 09 20XX The movement for sovereignty had grown to massive proportions and the most organized and widespread effort to attain that end came from the various communist parties of Canada who had begun dialogue, sparking talks of union, resurgence, revolution. Several provisional leaders of the temporary governments challenged the power moves of the newly unified front, but their cries were quickly stifled by the overwhelming pressures by the masses whom had begun to sway with the Communists who promised sovereignty and offered the most promising avenue to reach it. . . . March 15 20XX A mass campaign calling for an overthrow of the temporary government began. Though the Communist party detailed a democratic means of overthrow, these details did not catch wind with the masses. A day of simultaneous rallies throughout the provinces exploded in revolts and the collapse of the temporary government of British Colombia. Organized by the Communist Party; the elections that followed ended in a sweeping victory for the Reds. Three days following this event, Manitoba fell. Saskatchewan was under threat of a similar fate, while Alberta began to feel the pressures of being sandwiched between the communist provinces. . . .March 20 20XX The Communist provinces offered a solution to the political turmoil and stated that rather than remain protected regions, why not forge a new nation through unity. Internal pressures as well as external ones created by the Communist Provinces indirectly led to the collapse of Saskatchewan. Following this, a congress was brought together that was to decide the fate of the Canadian regions. Alberta bitterly attended. By the next day, the congress had legalized the creation of a union of the several Canadian provinces in the form of the Confederation of Communist Canadian Provinces. Immediately proceeding the mandatory new elections within Alberta, the Declaration of the Creation of the CCCP was issued.
3.
The Caliphate of Africa has collapsed due to internal strife and pleads the league decide the future of the lands formerly making up the empire. I shall not see another day as Caliph; this is my final act as leader of the nation. Regards, Abidemi Fall
4. It is comforting to know that such an honorable Kingdom, that of Cochin, to seek relations with our Caliphate. It is true, we stood at opposing sides, all the while we had not and never since have we sought ill intentions with your Kingdom. Your requested meeting between us two is gladly accepted. A Caliphate representative will be swiftly dispatched as soon as a place and time of meeting is set. Sincerely, Caliph Abidemi Fall, Caliphate of Africa
5. We have also noticed similarities to another international bloc. So long as this treaty follows the separate & outlined foundations stated here we see promise in this alliance. This is not taboo; it was Machiavelli who told us that "A wise man ought always to follow the paths beaten by great men, and to imitate those who have been supreme." We would certainly sign such a document. For the Caliphate of Africa, Abidemi Fall
6. Several delegates of the Caliphate of Africa would arrive, barring lavish gifts for the the newly wed couple.
7. Colonialism, while frowned upon by the Caliphate may certainly be positive force such as in building infrastructure, educating the populace, and raising the standard of living for Africans who currently live under protectorate status. However, should there exist any sacking of African resources, abuse of African citizens' rights, or having any negative presence in African affairs then we must certainly act. The nation of Nod is exaggerating a bit as the League would never promote actions negative to African afairs, so long as we have a say. Obviously we should all act if anyone promote actions that put the well fare of the continent at risk or threaten the well being of its people. We kindly ask that Nod exit the League's forums of communication please unless and untill you submit an application to join. Finally, if the Union of Free Africa may please be changed to the Caliphate of Africa.
8. The Caliph greeted everyone in attendance & took his seat. "I believe both funds would be honerable undertakings for the Muslim community. Before recently, Islam has lacked serious leadership. We should lead by example and fill that void. The Caliphate will happily contribute to Zakat Funds."
9. "This conference is best not to involve nations or their communities who in every other circumstance fail to defend Islam; why would they provide any contributions here?" Caliph Fall arrives with a cohort of Islamic delegates from the Caliphate.
10. "I, myself the Caliph of Africa will personally attend the Conference of Islam on behalf of the C.A. Finally, may the faithful unite in peace so that the might of our Caliphate may rightfully defend you. It should be clear we have always existed as defenders of the Muslim community, but recognize that we do so in defense only. Aside from that, we have extremely high hopes for this conference." Caliph Abidemi Fall
11. ooC: Shocked iC: Of course the Caliphate will extend full protection to this region as well.
12. ooC: Its fine by me. iC: "Thank you. The meal was very satisfying, not in part due to the fact that we flew on empty stomachs. Tunisia is a beautiful land, blessed with rich a foundation in Islam. What we also see between Tunisia and the Caliphate in the near future is a more unified approach to the issues facing Africa, the foremost being instability, as well as the issues facing Islam, such as pressure and overwhelming bias against our faith." The delegation turned and greeted the Ottoman delegation. "Hello, friends. We did not expect you to attend, but we are extremely glad you are here!"
13. Caliphate troops remain within the easternmost regions of the former Republique as the Caliphate prepares to help decide the fate of the fallen land.
14.
He's referring to your blatantly hypocritical nuclear policy I believe. There have been no instances of coalition forces even considering using nuclear weapons. Yet the Republique was just before the war openly flaunting its nuclear capability and both the Ottoman Republic and Republique were attempting to put nuclear weapons into the field before we knocked out their launch pads and SSBNs. How can you have a policy where you will return nukes fired at Africa, when the problem of nuclear rogues in the world seems to very much be an African problem. African nations you are aligned with.
It was alluded to by the statement, "It would be ashamed to see the former Ottoman Republic turned to glass." It doesn't take rocket science to figure it out, we didn't pull the subject out of thin air, but as reflected in our policy during the war we would not have supported an aggressive strike had it come from Africa. We gave a simple warning. Read it, heed it, or ignore it. Yes, we are a proud member of the African League. That by no means says that we support rogue states, if that is what you are insinuating.
15.
You have stated that People should not speak for Africa, and now here you are saying that Africa (Not you) has a strict return policy.
You can try to over complicate things, but we will clarify. We have nuclear capabilities, thats obvious. What we were trying to make clear was that should a nuclear strike hit Africa (thats the continent..anywhere there) we will retaliate. We aren't attempting to speak for Africa, but we will protect her. Enough damage has been done already.
