With all due respect, VE fought on one of the toughest fronts of the war and since they didn't have any treaties that EQ had to tip toe around, they were overwhelmed since day 1. Of all the alliances on the iC side, I would say VE can rightfully criticize anyone and telling them to stfu, just because they aren't willing to help iC spin things is a little sad.

I don't believe using PM as a tactic or even to save pixels that can be more optimally used later is wrong but imho peacing all nations over 10K NS is a little ridiculous.

Are things getting that bad in the "competence" coalition that a little bit of praise will cause everyone to start surrendering? I for one believe that any alliance on DH's side that has put effort to fight in the EQ's meat grinder range is worthy of praise. The fact that you are unable to accept that indicates how little you care about them.

Congratz to UCoN on peace. Best of luck with rebuilding. Can't say they are anywhere close to the quality of posters we have seen from the DH coalition. ;) I understand the need to refute anything that your opposition says but cmon.. you are better than this.

Does it mean that anyone on an AA that MK does not recognize as an alliance (one man AAs) would be categorized as a rogue? Once again you might have problems if EQ decided to respond with sanctions on AAs which are being used by DH. Were oyababy's actions approved by MK at any time? If not, will he continue to be MK's senator?

Does this mean that if anyone not on one of the above AAs was to attack a MK nation then they will be sanctioned? Have you considered that a similar list made by alliances in EQ coalition would cause a big portion of your membership (not on MK AA atm) to become valid sanction targets?

Don't you miss the "do something about it"?? I for one really appreciate that DH is trying to spin things . Its kinda refreshing to see them try.

Internal policies are internal for the alliance it gives no alliance any authority to infringe upon the soverignity of another alliance. If AI were to stop Umb nations from executing BIBO, then Umb might have been the aggrieved party. I am not saying that WRC is a worthless wonder, it helps at every level but once the nation enters the meat grinder and has a limited nuke stockpile, its impact is significantly reduced. My comment was not an underhanded comment about our brief skirmish. I just think you knew what you were doing and can help Caliph understand the mechanics better. For the two other TIO nations, it was a learning experience and they lost nothing of significance.

Are you claiming that just because you have an internal policy it gives you the right to destroy AI's pixels or actively interfere in their defence? To make it worse, Umb did it after AI openly asked everyone to stay away from Puppet's defensive slots. Shouldn't Umb have approached AI to ensure there was no conflict of interest? Umb's actions would have been considered an act of war at any time in this world and no matter how you spin it, thats not going to change. You are amply displaying that the military dynamics of this world are not your forte. TBH, its funny to see a member of the so-called competent coalition producing these gems. Take a step back, talk to Tick1, he knows his stuff and would explain why once you run out of nukes, WRC isn't a big help.. specially when outnumbered.

The best way to take out a nuke rogue is by ensuring that he can't restock his nukes. Umb ensured that AI couldn't stagger Puppets and more AI nations would end up getting nuked. Are you saying Umb doesn't understand the basics of taking out a nuke rogue. Is it because it does not support your spin?

On which irc channel was Puppets posting it? Was it #anarchyinc? Are Umb nations allowed to attack without gov approval? A direct consequence of Umb's actions would be AI taking more damage and I am sure you guys realized that. Were there any attempts to contact AI gov to make sure that they were ok with it? If you believe that a deliberate action that is intended to cause damage to an alliance is not a declaration of war then I don't think we can ever agree. AI's actions were not a declaration of war, they were a response to the war that Umb started. AI just opened the floodgates.

The timeline of the events was 1) Puppet went rogue on AI. 2) Some trigger happy people jump on him and blow the stagger. 3) Puppet escapes to PM and restocks his nuclear arsenal. 4) Puppets comes out of PM and is declared on by three Umb nations within minutes. The #4 indicates that Puppets was actively coordinating with Umb nations, you might try to spin it as much as you want but that action indicates that Umb wanted to allow him to escape to PM again and were thus actively helping Puppets rogue AI. This was the first aggressive action by any alliance and by extension Umb are the aggressors. If you believe that someone has to post a war declaration to declare war and anything else is just a CB then you must be living in a different world. I hate the "No U" arguments but "Stop trying to spin, your better than that" is exactly what I feel.

So, Umb has the right to enforce their Internal Policies without regard to how it might impact other alliances? Claiming that Umb was innocent bystander is laughable.

Hate to break it to you but DH is going to be in a lot worse position. I guess the fact that wars were declared in a manner that would've allowed Puppets to escape into PM and do more damage to AI was pure coincidence. Perhaps, "Do something about it" is just a catchphrase and actually means "we want to negotiate". The excuses that you are using are so bad that I wonder if even you believe them.

Are you claiming that Umb didn't know the rules because they were in some way hidden? What are you smoking and where can I find it?
