[/quote] Like if you sketch on a piece of paper the sketch is an outline and the inside of your drawing is all white hence interior so the sketch (outline) i want red while the inside or the paper is black so draw it red on black paper and don't color it in And also how can i submit my flag to use in Cybernations

If your familiar with the canadian Wheat penny. I would like to have a Fist inbetween the two pieces of wheat as my seal. Circular of course Here is a website showing the wheat penny http://coinedformoney.blogspot.com/2005/07/1947-wheat-penny.html and i want the wheat and fist to be Red with the background black the wheat and fist hollow only outlined in color the interior should be black For a flag i was thinking... the macedonian flag, but make the yellow red and the red black with the fist in the circle. since the circle will be red the Fist will have to be outlined in Black, and the fist i want to be hollow not solid with full color
