League of Small Superpowers Announcement
The people of the League of Small Superpowers announce the culmination of our restructure process that began on March 31, our third anniversary, when we announced our return to Black and admission into Noir, and continued when we treatied with our brothers Nemesis and IAA.
Tonight, we are proud to present the finalization of our intents: our new charter, viewable here, a change from the totalitarian, appointment-based system to an elected triumvirate and senate with appointed ministers, which was enacted May 25.
Accordingly, here is the new LoSS government:
Triumvirate:
Slade (former Consul)
Co God Ben (Former Custos)
Desert Ratz (Former Military advisor)
Ministers:
MoFA: Nhoj (Former Senator)
MoIA: Nikolaos (2nd oldest member of the alliance and senator)

2007 was a good year in CN atleast. On the other hand Trascan as you fondly call us never attacked GOONS in 2007 You guys did slot fill our leaders prior to Gw3, but thats the only wars we had with you.
