With your resources, i'd suggest either an 8BR(Asplt,Auto,Beer,Construction,Microchips,Rd Cleanup,Scholars,Steel) or a 4BR(Affluent Pop, Construction, Fine Jewelry, and Steel). The 8BR set offers stronger troops, higher infra cost reduction and lower upkeep costs, the 4BR offers higher income.
