The terms of this treaty are defined below. Article I: Peace and Prohibited Acts of Aggression Neither signatory may engage in war upon the other, disputes will be solved in a non-violent manner through peaceful negotiations. Trolling, taunting, in-game spying, and espionage are also prohibited and considered aggressive. Article II: Sovereign Nations Both Weveria, and Pesarus agree to remain sovereign nations, and neither signatory shall govern the actions of the other. Article III: Intelligence Both Pesarus, and Weveria agree to share any information that may be useful or relevant with one another. Forum security must be insured as to keep information from leaking. Article IV: Aid Both signatories agree that, in times of peace, they may ask for military, economic, diplomatic, political, or technological aid from the other signatory. These requests will be considered and provided whenever possible. Neither signatory is obligated to supply any form of aid during times of war. Article V: Optional Defense Both Weveria, and Pesarus have the option to defend one another from attack by other alliances. Article VI: Optional Aggression Both Weveria, and the Pesarus have the option of defending one another in wars of aggression. Article VII: Cancellation Should either party wish to cancel this agreement, they must first inform the other signatory of their attentions 72 hours prior (or less, if the other signatory agrees to such) to their breaking from this treaty. Article VIII: Agreement Void Should either signatory not follow all of the articles mentioned in this treaty, the other signatory shall have the opportunity for immediate cancellation without the need to contact the signatory who has broken an article.
