Chinaboy Clutches

So I am going to be living in a college dorm where I will use my own ethernet cable to plug in my laptop to get internet. I was just wondering if this would count as multiple nations from the same network if someone else on campus is playing CN as well. Can anyone answer that for me? Thank you.
