1. Congratulations FTC, you couldn't have found anyone better than TSA for a protectorate. I wish you all the best. o7 TSA
 2. Congrats on this treaty. And that is an awesome pic.
 3. I hope you didn't take anything I said in the other post too negative. I will admit I felt left down with BCOM and UNSC when you bailed on us. But I know you have it in you to be a good leader, just don't give up so easy. All I hope is you do it right this time for the sake of those that still follow you that I consider friends like Semper. I will say that this post does lay some of my fears to rest. I hold no ill feeling towards you and am rooting for GUN the whole way. I have found a different path with ÆSIR that I am happy with but I watch you guys from the sidelines with interest, hoping to see you succeed. I'm always around somewhere if any of GUN needs anything.
 4. Congratulations to all involved. This is great treaty
 5. I served with Zhaan/Mason at BCOM as well as at UNSC. Through my times with him I have seen a great leader in him, and at times I seen the worst leader. I've seen twice when you have bailed when things get tough, it happens, learn from it, grow from it. You have a great chance at success here with good members under you. You couldn't ask for anyone more dedicated or loyal than Semper at your side. Any alliance would be better with him in it. The tools are there now all you have to do is use em to make GUN a success, I think you can do it. Now the tough part will be when things in the alliance are tough or falling apart, thats when you need to be at your best, not your worst. When the pieces fall you need to be strong enough to pick them up instead of falling with them. Another bit of advice would be that even if you have a clear idea on how something is to be the one doing it might not, if they come to you asking for help, for guidance don't blow them off take the time and work out the kinks with them. If someone knows you want it a certain way but is not certain how to do it they need your leadership. If not then it will not get done. If you can overcome these things then I see great things for GUN. If you can't overcome these things then it will never work for you.
 6.
Congratulations, but two of Tiberious? Impressive. All the best in the future.
I assume you are referring to the fact that I am holding 2 positions at the moment? If thats the case its because I have not fully trained my replacement in the Dept. of EA.
 7.
I actually didn't even realize they had any relation to the original BC, I was just fooling around. Nice coincidence though :>
I assure you good sir that any relationship or ties and even knowledge of the actions of the old Blackstone Collusion is no more. We are a completely different alliance now. We are an alliance that values our friends and wants above all else to grow and prosper in peace.
 8.
Don't see the point of bringing up ROK. TSCE, really? Good luck.
Good Fernando, In recent posts it was stated that BCOM will have nothing to do with RoK or there allies among some other things were not pleasant or relevant to anything. In stead of flooding the forums with multiple posts I chose to set the record straight within this post. We have no ill feelings towards RoK and I apologized for the posts from someone who flew our AA.
 9. Greetings Planet Bob, Today I come to you with a few things to talk about. First and foremost, due to Potface retiring yesterday, we now have a new government. Executive Director: Tiberious Senior Director: GeorgeLopez Secretary of Intramural Enterprise: Worldpeace Secretary of Extralocal Advocation: Tiberious General of Tactical Warfare: Semperfidelist. I feel very confident in my staff and look forward to great things coming from Blackstone Commission. Secondly I want to discuss an incident that has been going on for sometime. There have been some very negative remarks coming from BCOM towards Ragnarok and there allies in some of RoK's recent posts. I want to assure the world that those comments where the opinions of the commentator and not that of Blackstone Commission. I have respect for RoK and ask that they forgive and look past those comments. I also would like to thank them personally for kindness that I was shown by RoK during events that happened recently. And On to the good news. A Treaty Announcement: Preamble: Blackstone Commission and The Shadow Confederacy Empire, hereby know as BCOM and TCSE, enter into this treaty as a sign of friendship and mutual respect for one another. 10. A wonderful treaty. The best to both alliances.
 11.
I understand that you lead and formed Blackstone Commission.... but Im still going to poach you
If you do that then I will have to do a lot more work so nope, you can't have him.

 13.
I expect the confusion arose because PotFace (your boss in BCom?) used it ad nauseam. He used "war-monger" or "war-mongering" 6 times in this single post. Are you and PotFace trying a good cop-bad cop routine? If so, I like it.
I assure you that my opinions are my own, Potface is my boss and we see many things alike but we do have different opinions, one thing we can both do is see right from wrong.
 14.
I will agree with you on this one thing: the failure of diplomacy was indeed sad. Imagine my surprise when a rogue that had attacked several TENE nation was brought in by NSO. Instead of simply hitting the rogue, I came to NSO to explain the situation. I expected no issues, especially since every member of the Sith government was familiar to me; indeed, our attempts at diplomacy when we were both tied to Polaris gave me what was apparently a false sense of confidence in being able to easily explain the issue and peacefully resolve the Sedrick situation with Sith gov. An hour and a half later, when I had been passed around from gov member to gov member and when it was made apparent that Sedrick's claims needed no proof (as an NSO member of course) but our claims would need apparently overwhelming proof (which we had in the war screens, and they still dismissed it), that there would be some issue. Even then, when Van Hoo went to speak with NSO, I was of the opinion that surely the Sith would work with us. Instead they failed to believe us yet again, to believe Hoo when he CLEARLY explained what he wanted to peace out Sedrick and what would spark war with Ragnarok. At this point, the Sith had several options. They picked the option that GUARANTEED war, which surprised the hell out of me. But in retrospect, I should not have been surprised. They had not believed a thing we'd said all night, this was no different. Perhaps in the future they will believe us. Once again, I see that certain people are enamored of the idea that we should wait until they are satisfied with our diplomacy attempts before war. I believe that two reasonable people can disagree on the time for war. But in our case, if Hoo tells you that A will get you war and you do A, you will get war. We defended our protectorate, we did what we said we would do at every turn, we were consistent and we were correct in our initial assessment of Sedrick. You say we are warmongers; I disagree. I say that at Ragnarok we do not shy away from war.
Good Sir, Never once did I say that RoK was warmongers, this is my point exactly. RoK and friends are putting words in peoples mouths that are not there, if you look at what I said, I offer my ideas on why this war went off and expressed my sadness over a blatant failure to diplomatic procedures. I did not call you warmongers, if anything I gave reasons you went to war, though they might not be reasons you or yours would like to accept or acknowledge. My main focus was on the lack of diplomacy. I am no where as new as my nation would lead you to believe. I know what its like. I've been frustrated to the point I wanted to say to hell with it, lets attack but I didn't. I took a rest and the next day went at it again. You claim you spoke to them for an hour and a half. I have spent more time than that with more stubborn alliances government than even the NSO can offer. There comes a time when you chalk it up to a bad day and continue it on the next. I agree there comes a point in some diplomatic issues that you have to decide that there is no solution other than force but to come to that conclusion within a day, which is usually not even enough time for the defending alliance to fully discuss the charges brought upon them, is ludicrous. Planet Bob moves at a slow pace at times and anyone in diplomacy should realize this and deal with it. The fact that you say that the war was ENTIRELY up to them is a statement that is in its entirety false. You declared, you attacked, therefore the war was in your hands. Though they did not do what you wanted them too gives you reason and cause, but does not give you the option of claiming they were 100% to blame for this war. In fact I'll go a step further and say, yes the way you was treated was wrong. I understand yours and Hoo's frustration, I've been there. However though it was wrong, it should not have deterred you from giving it another shot. Diplomatic procedures in CN are the most grueling and frustrating part of this game, far more difficult at times than war. Its evident that Hoo and yourself does not have the stomach for such endeavors and should admit it, not dance away from the fact. I offer a friendly suggestion, after this war take a look at your FA and adjust it. Find someone who can take the aggravation of days of negotiating and still press forward. Someone who will make strides diplomatically and keep Hoo's finger off the button of war.
 15. Its always a sad day when diplomacy falls through. Its even a sadder day when diplomacy is thrown out the window. I can see and understand both sides of the war to an extent. To me both sides have valid points. The problem here is there was no chance to come to a peaceful resolution. RoK gave NSO demands, 24 hours later were at war with all the RoK friends to help. This shows to me that either RoK acted hastily on emotions and took this to violence or Rok felt there was no peaceful way to resolve this matter. Either way I find it truly sad. If an alliance the size of RoK with the multiple amounts of treaties that RoK has acts completely on emotion its irresponsible, and a shame. With power comes responsibility and acting out of emotions to the magnitude this is is definately not responsible behavior. Knowing your friends will come and help with strong words and half legitimate reasons puts your friends in the same political blunder you have chosen to put yourselves in. Not only does acting out of emotions look bad on you, it affects those close to you. If RoK truly believed there was no way this could end peacefully through diplomacy than I feel bad for them. Then there FA Department truly needs an overhual or RoKs Government leaders need to rethink the situation. Most conflicts that can't be fixed diplomatically have a build up time of more than 24 hours before coming to a violent conclusion. To come to this conclusion you have to spend more than 1 day discussing the issue at hand. If they truly wanted to avoid war they would have spent some time negotiating or at the very least politely talking the issue over. Inside this 80+ pages of back and forths I have seen that RoK claims that NSO wanted the war when in reality they admitted to a bad decision but claim over and over and over that they did not want war. I find myself asking why RoK and friends would keep pressing that NSO wants war when its obvious that they did not. The only logical explanation that I can come up with is that maybe RoK wanted the war but does not have enough honor to openly state it. Maybe they were bored seen an opportunity and seized it. Maybe they actually feel justified in this and since others do not they are pulling the old "He started it" method. Maybe I'm wrong all around, maybe not. However to me its clear that NSO did not want war, if they wanted war how come they asked all their allies to stay out of it knowing they were badly outnumbered? Why would they take a beating and keep saying they didn't want the war? I know what happens next, "Oh no, hes making points that others may read and agree on lets pick it apart". Well go ahead, be my guess. Take bits out for quotes and try to spin it, hell take the whole thing and make of it what you will if your really feeling overzealous. I care not, claim this, claim that, discredit this point, make of that one. Actions speak louder than words.
 16. Ali I love it, no one better to rip us off than you guys .
 17.
Perhaps I have a guilty conscience regarding current activity rates I would say though that lately there is a distasteful trend of discourse which suggest players or alliances should not exist simply because they don't conform to how some think the game should be played. For example regarding neutral alliances. If players and alliances want to play in relative peace and calm, or without high activity rates, they should be allowed to try (although I would not argue they have a 'right' to a quiet life above what they can safeguard themselves).
If you are active for the most part there is no need to feel guilt. Inactivity hits all of us from time to time, after all this is just a game and real life always comes first. I think the remarks on the inactive was made towards the ones that are never active and never will be, not the ones who try but sometimes fall into inactivity. As far as the alliances go, I agree to an extent. I think all alliances have the right to pursue which ever path they choose. However this being a game of strategy made up of many different people with different views no one is completely safe on the paths they choose. This game has an alliance for any type of person out there and that is what makes this game great. That being said, this being a game of strategy and cooperation an alliance is only as good as the active members that it can count on. Look through history and see how many alliances won wars they were outnumbered by a great deal. It happens a great deal.
 18.
I would concur with SirSci. You have no right to judge, not everyone can be active all the time. All alliances rely on the great mass of less active members, who generally in time of war, leap to their alliance's defence with an associated rise in activity. By all means build your own super-active alliance i imagine it would implode in bickering and be damaged by people shouting their mouths off on these forums every two minutes.
Good KingEsus, Maybe its just different perspective from reading this that differs between you and I but I did not take anything from this topic that cast judgment down on anyone. Rather took it as someones opinion being shared for the sake of discussion and healthy debate. To react with that much harshness is a bit overdone don't you think? Respectfully, Tiberious
 19. Congrats on joining AZTEC WAPA. RoA is a great bunch.
