This is very sad to see. R&R was the first alliance I joined, and it was one of the alliances that best weathered the decay of this planet. Seeing that get shafted because of the actions of one script kiddie is absolutely not fair.

I assume stagger means if MI6 had been able to grow to be a statistical match for Umbrella. In which case, a victory for Umbrella would have been a difficult proposition indeed.

Chimaera actually has left MI6. The coup against ForSparta and WANA is literally a desperate attempt by the MI6 membership to try and make him want to come back, and if it was egged on by Chimaera, it was purely for his own amusement. I hope he doesn't return, the tears and denial will be amazing.

It's rather telling that everyone has a story about how they missed 12-15-20 in a row, but nobody has a story about how they beat the SDI even 5 or 6 times in a row.
