This is a bit ridiculous. Reading Article 4: It specifies that a DoW can be against a single AA in the bloc. It also says that the other signatories will defend the attacked alliance (singular). Both of these things lead to an external AA being able to declare war on one of the AA's in Plan B. So no, TOP has not DoW'ed you. I'm guessing they recognize this as a DoW against them though?

Jeeze, if I knew all I had to do was tell you that your blocmates were at war to actually get you to declare I would have done so long ago.

God damn it. I was going to do a write-up focusing on a couple things putting down TOP, but instead everyone has annoyed the hell out of me. I shouldn't have kept reading this thread. The end result remains the same- TOP can choose to fight however they want. And, no matter if they kept three or 30 in peace mode, all they have to do is be better than you. They don't even have to fight a good war for their standards. They just have to fight a better war than you. Want that to change? Stop fucking sucking and do better than them.

Blood In Blood Out. It's the reason UMB used to hit MoP after he hit Anarchy Inc. I'm sure the document is somewhere, but it roughly stated that he had to take a certain amount of nukes from UMB if he left the AA (or something like that).

Wrong. I did not ask how it was possible. I asked him why he thought his AA wasn't doing more damage than it was taking. So you're saying you have 81 out of 760 decs on NPO. And they have 126 out of 285 wars (just checked; that's not over half, by the way) on you guys. And you're saying that that, 81 out of 760 and 126 out of 285 wars, is what is causing you guys to not be able to deal more damage than you take. Got it, thanks. Yep, no shock there.

Not at all. I take it you are shocked that your AA has been left out in the cold? You really thought you guys were a core piece that needed to be protected? I mean, come on now.. That isn't shocking to me nor others. I'm not sure which post you are referring to- the one where the guy couldn't interpret the data correctly or yours, where you do the same thing. No one is saying any AA is bad or good with the previous posts. I'm just glad that I'm not in the channels where you guys are bitching. Your faux bragging on here doesn't help either.

You seem mad. Look at what I said- MI6, Loss, MW, and Invicta are the only AA's on that side (excluding the small guys) that are unable to do more damage than they take. If you want to go on and on about why you're unable to do more damage than you take, feel free. It won't bother me, but don't assume I'm included or care about that. I said what I meant, and I meant what I said (backed up by the stats). Your inability to understand that does you no good.

Alright, time to do some teaching. A couple things we need to know. Damage taken is damage done to their AA. Damage inflicted is damage that they're doing to other AA's. Both are displayed at the top of the data with damage taken on the left, damage inflicted on the right. ">" This symbol- the greater than symbol. For our purposes, it means the number on the left is larger than the number on the right. (Alternatively, "<" this would tell us that the number on the right is larger than the number on the left.) Finally, we need to know how to count. We need to be to be able to figure out what number is actually bigger than the next. I'm going to assume to are able to do this. Now, I have boxed the four AA's I mentioned in my post. And, I've done the work for you. I've figured out which number is greater and put the corresponding symbol next to it. If a ">" appears, we can say that the AA has taken more damage than it has inflicted. If a "<" appears, we can say the AA has inflicted more damage than it has taken. Hope this pictures clears it up for you.

I did up some stats to see the details of what people are losing (mostly just to see how much tech each AA is losing), and while they don't adjust for member inflation, you can see what AA's have gained/lost members. I posted the link a page or two back.
