Your suggested timeline failed to realize what was actually going on even though I spelled it out.
Him already at war and being nuked by Cichy (anarchy) -> update -> him leaving anarchy -> him defeat alerting you because you had too few troops -> him getting nuked -> you buy a bunch of infra because that is what your war guides say to do when you get sent to anarchy by a single attacker -> you post a thread explaining how you understand warfare -> next update.
So, tell me more about your great understanding of war. Because it has been pretty funny how bad its been so far.

I now have a grudge against WC because she is trying to get people to drop grudges. Please add it to the list.I wish more people/alliances would drop their grudges, personally. For one round, okay - but after that it gets old. I'm not complaining on any sort of moral basis either. Fighting the same people over and over and over becomes old fast.

Yep! Misfits declared on day 4-5 :P we also didn't declare with warriors or skaro, we had our own war put together. Sounds to me you guys are now slipping our war into the warriors conflict that everyone is butthurt about. Is it really that hard for you guys to admit you weren't "elite" for once. You got out smarted, get over it. We attacked before you guys had every intention to build up on day 5 and take the top 5%, we beat you to the punch so get the $%&@ over it.
I didn't say you declared with the warriors or skaro, I said you guys got help from (and much needed help, at that).
Misfits is a crater right now, I'm not sure how you are claiming anything else.

That seems like a suitable response instead of answering the question.
So, let's just get a quick rundown-
- You declared on day two with $7M in a round that starts people with $25M.
- You didn't account that some AA's didn't have everyone on their AA at that time, nor have a plan for this.
- You got help from tW and then skaro.
- It seems you didn't plan for the war to last longer than one set of declares, based off of the WC's of your AA. (Or maybe longer than two days.. based on many of them.)
- You have yet to acknowledge the legitimacy of AA's that are beating Misfits down, nor their secret treaties.
Did I miss anything?

Umm funny I'm stating the only grudges I see left are those same rogues. So I invite them to be a legit alliance and come at us with a real war instead of this coward !@#$%^&* for the second round now. WUT CARRYING GRUDGES OVER.

We currently have half of Misfits NS, nearly four times the ANS, and more nukes. I shall rule Misfits all rogues based on this information.

If I'm understanding you correctly let's go with auctor for example. So assuming he is an "OP MEMBER" how could he have been so late to the AA being the second oldest nation. o0o0. Even to not be a coward and run with a rogue alliance to join OP under the correct AA and attack from there. It's a pathetic dirty move and no matter how you put the situation. Rouging misfits in a legit war was just !@#$%^&*.
That didn't answer the question at all. What makes you think all OP nations are under the AA tag two days into the round? Did you plan for some not being on it?

I truly apologize my 18 men vs 28 was so overwhelming. Sorry my plan didn't include multiple alliances rouging misfits because 18 vs 28 was too much to handle. Jesus get your head out of your ass.
What makes you think all OP nations were on the AA on the second day, particularly in a round only 30 days long (and shorter time between wonders) when it would be beneficial to stack for a little extra time?

These guys aren't anywhere near the level needed for planning, building, and coordinating. Most guys had shit war chests.
With Marcus, last he had people that could build and was persuasive enough to get people to fight.
Here? We'll probably stomp them handily while they whine, and that'll be that. If they come back, it'll be more like a pin prick than a stabbing. They're best bet is to hope we attack other people and they don't to build up enough to be a threat. But it really takes about three nations to beat misfits and not many more for skaro. -
I don't really mind their actions this round. Fuck, I didn't even realize this round was only one month long. Being prepped on the second day really should have been mandatory.
That said, it doesn't really change that doing something like hitting people that early will still make them mad at you.. past this round.
I mean, TE is really based on trust and paranoia. You trust people to help you in times of need, and you're paranoid that people will hit you at certain times.
So, misfits and the warriors, you might have just made a couple AA's paranoid about you striking they're comfortable with it. (In that I mean, there's a time to build and a time to expect to war when you should be ready no matter what.) That usually leads to them stomping you well before you can do anything about it. Will that happen? Who knows. It's happened with GR, Anon, RE, Syn, and whoever else I'm forgetting about.
I'm not complaining. This move might have made this world interesting for a couple more rounds. As much as people won't say it, the grudges between LE, PS, OP, and that AA JudgeX led vs TPC, RE, Syn, GR/Anon, and whoever else fed this world for rounds on end. Of course, the sides will be different, the people change, and the NS isn't the same.. but it's the same game.

Could be you trying to deflect from the valid points others have made about NPO. This has nothing to do with Seng-NPO during EQ. We're just people pointing out the obvious in regards to your bank nations, putting some numbers along with all the talk of people.

You must have read it backwards because that's not at all what it says.
Plan B is basically a super MDoAP. This is the announcement. It's actually remarkably similar to The Continuum Treaty.
Article I states that the treaty should be prioritized above all others:
Article IV deals with war and covers mutual defense and declarations of war. It's publicized as an MADP but I believe it's actually an MDoAP because it requires it's members to authorize the DoW. But that's not really why we're here.
The first clause of Article IV is a pretty strong mutual defense clause and that coupled with Article I makes it almost certain that if any of the other member alliances are attacked, the other alliances are going in.
That said, TIO was attacked by NpO on December 2, so R&R and NATO had an active defensive obligation at that time. NATO was arguably otherwise engaged but R&R's absence was a bit more suspect. None of this really matters now because NATO and TIO just got jumped so any mutual defense war that may not have been active before is really activated now.
The bottom line, it's a defensive war of an ally, stop whining. R&R had the option to go in offensively two months ago but chose not to.Oh I have no problem calling it a defensive war of an ally. Seems you and I both agree with that. Which also means we should both agree that TOP did not attack TIO. TIO had (and has) every right to declare on TOP, but they claimed something they had no right to (that TOP DoW'ed them).

Absolutely. The rest of Plan B is free to declare on that AA. It does not mean that AA declared on the rest of Plan B. Glad you got the order right.

So by the end of this war, I'll be responsible for ODN, TIO, and have my flag, It's like Christmas came early(or late considering we'll be another month or so more than likely.)

The second part doesn't say "declaration of war on TIO". According to the aforementioned Article 4, a declaration of war on a Plan B signatory is all that is required for TIO to recognize hostilities against the greater integrity of the bloc. Much as in any MDP treaty, as Centurius rightfully noted, this entitles TIO to act according to the customs of our world. In the case of this specific treaty, which is a bloc treaty with a stated supremacy, clause, TIO has every right to intervene in defence of NATO. Nowhere did TOP declare war directly on TIO, but that is irrelevant. What TIO's announcement effectively says is "we recognize TOP's declaration of war on the greater entity that is Plan B, and we therefore take military action". While I agree the wording is sloppy, and DDL would have been better served to write "managed... on Plan B" rather than "managed... on TIO" in the first part, I can't fault the spirit behind this announcement.
In short, this is a situation TOP could reasonably have foreseen when declaring war on NATO, based on both the MDP nature of the NATO/TIO treaty and the bloc/supremacy nature of Plan B. That said, I'm sure TOP foresaw it and didn't mind. Happy warring.

Umm - I think you might want to re-read that ... It reads more as 'an attack on one is an attack on all' as much as many people hate that phrase. Yes it does refer to if an attack goes against a single AA inside the group, but it specifies that if this happens the others consider themselves under attack by said aggressor.
With a supremacy clause to boot ...Sure, those AA's (the other signatories) consider themselves at war. It says nothing that indicates an external AA is DoW'ing all three when they DoW one of them.
