It is 11.11.11 -- SOMETHING had to happen Match-up should satisfy the numbers folks, as it should add up to an updeclare. Although, I'm sure there a few folks who will be very, very quick to say otherwise with well-spun facts. Regardless, I am looking forward to meeting LoSS and Black on the battlefield; ya'll seem like good folks, and all numbers aside, that's what makes for a good war. If nothing else, the tactic provides an edge to the attacker, who is likely to get four GAs plus assorted bombing runs in before the attackee is even aware that hostilities are afoot. Not wanting to conflict with Game 7 of the World Series, however, we here at the Warriors thought we'd get a jump on today's news cycle and attack now. Yeah, that's gonna be that. Who says violence doesn't solve problems? RD immediately approached us about peace, saying they were willing --- and actively attempting --- to peace with the Masons, so that's that. Now, everyone's peace offers should officially be in the mail. Everyone walks away on good terms as far as we're concerned and no bad blood. TE is a fun game, everyone, I hope we can all foster that spirit and grow the game.

I believe this a first for our alliance: we have never before jumped into an existing conflict. We're making an exception here because we see a pretty decent group of folks in The Grand Lodge of Freemasons getting curbstomped by a much-larger Rodentia Dominatus. Looks like a tech raid gone bad started it all, which is all fine and good. RD certainly is free to set the situation right, but after awhile it becomes a proportional thing. Curbstomps are bad, mmmmkay? So, the Warriors declare war on RD. All things considered, winds up a seemingly fair fight numbers-wise and we hope that in the end, all parties involved walk away as friends, bound by the joys of TE war. The Troopers, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Warriors, are trundling off to war. Gotta learn sometime They will be enjoying the art of TE armed conflict with our new friends: The Fellowship. The idea was to get our lads a bit of an updeclare, and I've genuinely done my best to make those numbers happen. Stat screens atm aren't entirely accurate with guys changing AAs and such, but there's only about 10-12 actual fighting nations on either side. The math wasn't too hard, but it's not my strong point (neither are DoWs, obv) Anyway, I predict three things: 1. Someone will whine that it's an updeclare, but not a real war; 2. Someone will whine that it's really a downdeclare; 3. The actual parties involved will have fun and enjoy themselves.

Well, before the Confusion Clown Show and Circus of Lies decided to show up, this thread was about our war with NATO. To that end, I continue to praise NATO members and the effort and class they demonstrated here. I personally enjoyed my interaction with NATO's players, and I am happy to count them as friends today and I look fwd to chatting it up with you guys on IRC. o/ NATO

This has been a fantastic war; hats off to all! o/ all involved!

Clash did not leave me the fancy flag-thingee, so we'll keep this short and sweet. The Warriors declare war on Lafayette Escadrille (assuming they haven't declared on us while I was typing this). I personally have a ton of respect for LE and I sincerely hope both sides have fun with the end-of-round shens. Stats? I never looked. If it's important to you, help yourself o/TE
