1. Under normal circumstances, each time you are warned adds 20% to your warn level. You will be banned from both the forums and the game if your warn level reaches 100%. You can request a warn reduction one month after your most recent offense (or request). If approved, this will lower your warn level by 20%. Verbal warnings do not count towards your warn level.
 2. Generally, a tech deal begins when a larger nation sends you $3 million, usually for either 50 or 100 tech (that will have to be worked out between the two of you). Once the aid package expires (ten days later), you buy tech until you're up to 50, and send it to your buyer as a foreign aid deal. If you're doing a 3m/100 deal, you'll need to wait another ten days to send the second offer of 50 tech. Some forms (tech circles) have you send tech to a different person than you accepted $3 million from. In this case, you won't need to worry about the ten day waiting period.
 3. This needs to go either in the trading harbor or the black market. Or both.
 4. This matter is already being discussed by the moderation team.
 5.
Wrong forum, should be Player Created Alliances.
6. Moved to Question Center. Will try to get an answer for you.
 7. Moved from the Suggestion Box to Gameplay Discussions. I just looked at my own nation, and noticed that 90% of my land area was due to natural growth. And I'm trading for furs. Nations similar in age and NS to mine without furs have natural growth account for 25% of their land area (and have nearly 10x the amount of purchased land). However, rather than making this into a suggestion right away, I'd rather have the community discuss this issue to see: 1) Whether this is an issue that needs to be changed, and 2) If we can come up with some specific alternative to the current situation (rather than just saying "let's reduce it"). If there's some consensus about a solution to this problem (if the community in fact believes it to be a problem), then we'll look at moving this back to the Suggestion Box.
 8. Moved to the "Report a Bug" section. Are you refering to the environment stars, or the number beside those stars?
 9. There is no option to upload your own flag to CN - this is due in large part to the difficulties in policing new uploads for inappropriate content. Moved to Question Center. Question answered - topic closed.
 10.
I got saved by this once. In order to anarchy, you must lead a GA attack against him at < 5% odds. So your first attack weakened him, and the second, say he had 6% chance, was just another attack. You need someone to lead one more GA to anarchy him.
Question answered - closing.
 11.
I'm going to assume you're not talking about efficiency. With how violent TE is, it's likely he had troops, but got hit around enough that his infra went down. Or he sold his own infra to gain an advantage to make a quick buck.
That would be my first guess as well. Do you have a nation link so we can look for other possibilities?
 12.
Well, i read what info i could find on nation sitting. However i could not find answers to some questions i have so... 1. Can your nation still participate in aid agreements when it is sat by another. (i understand that the sitter and sittie nations cannot do so with one another) 2. If trade is cancelled by one of your partners can the nation sitter find and accept new trade agreements 3. Can the sitter still purchase improvements/wonders etc as per normal 4. Can the sitter still wage war as per normal if the need arises any other info would be aprreciated thanks Dan Desade
The sitter can do anything you can do, including all of the things mentioned above.

You will never be allowed to aid, trade, or war with/along side of the nation you sit again. Any outstanding trades or foreign aid will be cancelled and marked as cheating as soon as the sitter logs on to the sat nation.
13. Foreign aid requests can be made in the appropriate topic.
 14. Moved to Question Center. All of the above steps are correct. Especially the first one. Question answered - thread closed.

 16.
More
Actually, I believe "less" would be in order.
 17.
Have him buy 0.5 tech.
This is most likely the case - I suspect that he has 49.997 tech (or thereabouts), which will display as 50.00. Buying a small amount of tech should correct this problem. Also, not a bug, closing.
 18. Moved to World Affairs. To answer your question - "Sanctions can be placed against trade agreements, foreign aid offers, or both and are managed by the top three elected officials of each team. Trade sanctions prevent any member of that team from trading with the sanctioned nation." These are assigned on a case-by-case basis by individual senators; each of whom will have their own criteria for enacting sanction requests.
