The Durcan Police put down a riot yesterday by pro democracy demonstrators. The demostrators were marching to the Durcan Capital, Durma in hopes that of Pressuring Commander Meatsticks and other RDLP Legislators for freedom of Speech. When they got to the Milky Way Palace they were met by riot police in full gear, some with guns filled with rubber bullets others with lead bullets. When the crowd got out of hand the the Durcan police went in to "calm" the crowd but were met with violent resistance. Gas and Flashbang grenades were herled at the crowd as they turned over cars and attacked the Durcan police. The Durcan police also used nightsticks, billy clubs and attack dogs. Soon the situation became so fierce that the police started shooting some of the demonstrators with LEAD bullets instead of the rubber ones they intead to use. 50 people were arrested, 20 were taken to the hospital and 17 were killed. When asked about the Riot outside the Milky Way Palace, Commander Meatsticks said "No Comment".

Hospitals around the world are experiencing a rise in patients with physical mutations resulting from the Global Radiation Crises. Here in Durca hospitals are receiving bizarre medical cases, some which have never been seen by doctors in Durca. Enlarged heads in children, extra limbs and eyes, canker sours the size of golf balls and reproductive organs growing in places that....well..should'nt be growing there. This crises not only effect people it is effecting animals as well as farmers because of the radiation destroying crops.

Police foiled a terrorist plot by a member of the National Socialist Worker's Party hours ago. Temin Nercson was one of the Soldiers that fled during the Left Right Civil War Between the Revolutionary Durcan Liberation Party (RDLP) and NSWP. Police found out about the impending attack from an anonymous caller saying that he had been stealing fuel from the gas station that he worked at and plan on bombing the Great Museum with the explosives in a van. The authorities found the man in his apartment with barrels filled with gasoline, crates filled with 1000 pounds of TNT and what looked like a detinating device. Police arrested the Nercson and dragged him out of the apartment. He was then sent to the Durcan County jail awaiting arraignment.

There has been a influx of refugees and illegal immigrants in Durca due to the ongoing world War between various alliances. "Me and my family had a wonderfull life with a beautiful home," says one man. "Now we live here on the outscurts of Durca's capital Durma, we live in a small tent here at the camp grounds with all our stuff in in large trash bags. The war in our countries have not only destroyed our lives but the lives of countless people around the world." When we asked A Goverment representative on what Commander Meatsticks plan on duing about the refugees he had this to say..."We are building some temporary housing projects to house some of the displaced, but as for the rest of them they have to be kept at the camps until we are able to find a place for them." Another problem that arises from the immigration is national security. The is a possibility that some of the refugees might be terrorists, criminals or army deserters from other nations.

Today Commander Meatsticks created a new holidya celebrating the Creole Culture of Durca called NATIONAL SEAFOOD DAY. This day will help out the nation in bringing tourism into the country. The Day will have with a crawfish boil, concerts by different hardcore punk and metal band, Catfish and Alligator buffet, and The Spicest seafood gumbo contest .
