I'm the Blackstone Commission's Secretary of Finance. I've recently opened a new forum area specifically for nations who are not members to set up tech deals. The idea is for any nation, regardless of alliance, to be able to stop by and look for tech deals, as a buyer or a seller. Just register on our forum and apply for a diplomat mask. If you don't specify which kind of deal you want, I'll just place you as soon as I can in whatever is available, but you can also specify the type of deal and rate you want. If you're looking for a specific type of deal, it may take longer, but if enough nations sign up, there shouldn't be a huge waiting period for specific types of circles. Thanks for your time.
