Is it against the rules to do the following: Nation A gives Foreign Aid to Nation B. Nation B holds onto the aid while Nation A deletes and "rerolls". Then Nation B gives it to the "rerolled" Nation A ??? Thanks.

Hey, got one more: If someone re-rolls, is it against the rules to send money, tech, soldiers, to other nations, then, after they re-roll, get them back?

1) I know filling war slots by declaring war on your alliance members is against the rules, but if an alliance has a serious falling out, and alliance members declare war on each other, CM's, tanks, the whole thing, is that against the rules? 2) Hypothetically, if I were to delete my nation, could I make a new account so I have a different Ruler Name?
