Hi, ya I don't no what happened I was under 19 thousand citizens then I bought a bunch of infa with money from a tech deal that put me to 19,612 citizens and I couldn't and didn't buy an improvement. also a few nights ago I passed the 19 thousand mark the first time and the next morning I was back under 19 thousand again so I don't know what happened. I've passed 19 thousand twice maybe my tech being sold put me backwards before I could by an improvement . Anyway thanks for your help.
