Also we encourage all other Blue AAs to add their signatures to this treaty.

Finally a treaty that OP acknowledges, let this serve to strengthen the Blue sphere.

That is a fact. Each of the last two rounds we have fought 4 AA wars, that is a fact. In closing, I don't care what you guys do, flag chase, organize rogue attacks, whatever....
