So, hitting a 25k NS nation with nearly a full load of nukes becomes UNCONSCIONABLE DOWNDECLARE because the guy isn't fighting back, something that could not have been foreseen given the serious opsec hit one receives when sending out "are you going to fight back or not?" PMs a day prior to declaring. As for Lanister, I'm also fighting him. He's turtling. He's also launching nukes, but Gingervites got nuked by his other opponent. Combine those things and you end up with massive damage differentials, something that you would be aware of if not for so many early life encounters between your cranium and the parquet.

All of the top people in money collected in TEPD have full offensive slots. Most have six wars. All of those wars, I believe, were against nations that had nukes.

Stevie...if we didn't want you to turtle, we'd have had to declare on a couple entirely unconnected alliances, waited for a couple other AAs to hit us at your suggestion, after which you'd come in to finish things off. Some of us just don't have that sort of patience.

Those are frankly terrible resources to be looking for. You have resources that would fit in a good circle, however; ask your alliance leadership about such.
