Id like to buy some tech, 3 mil/100, although i'm willing to do 3mil/50 for a long-term tech trade.

OK, I am looking to do 2 or 3 tech trades, essentially looking to almost fill my slots. preferably people able to sell me tech regularly each month, but if that sinlt possible, it;s not a problem. I'm willing to pay 3Mil for 100 tech.

because it gets bigger than the map. decrease the scale of the map to see it again.

not to mention negative events seem more frequent than the positive ones, giving an advantage to swapping. so the way to fix it si to change the events so more of them are positive ones.
