You called it a rumor because I said I heard. If it had come from a rank and file member its a rumor but Foxfire is in gov and it comes straight from a private forum message.
We now move from your block curbstomping a small AA to your block now plotting action against OP. You can bank on this....we do not take such things lightly no matter the source. This is fast becoming a very serious problem.Any proof of that?

...You know there is no Misfits anymore, right? The "alliance" we're hitting hasn't DoE'd or signed treaties with anyone to the best of my knowledge. :V
The Misfits still exists on TE, all we have done is simply drop dead weight, well... in the process of doing so. so saying Misfits does not exist is false. government, members, name, flag etc etc is all still intact

I'm sorry ginge, we do not negotiate with alliances that do not exist.
We all know PT is only here to cause a fuss this round and then will go their seperate ways next round, for that reason we will not see PT as a legitimate alliance. Unless proved otherwise.
The Misfits does not accept bullying tactics from outside alliances either, we learnt our lesson from last time. This skirmish has been going on for like a month now? And no one has blinked an eyelid. The likes of Paul may not accept our treaties butat least we make it known rather than sitting back saying everyone is alone on TE and then using double standards to try and get himself an easy war like he has done all round.
Be reasonable with us and we will be full of open arms and kudos. Pixels mean nothing to the happy folks of Misfits. -

I'm not really, but PT knew of our treaty, OP knew of our treaty, everyone on TE knew of our treaty, but you make us out to be the bad guys because our allies put into affect our treaty?
Your bullying tactics are the reason why many need treaties, stop being power hungry and get off your high horse -
We have no secret treaties with PT. We have a long history of trying to enforce fair play ( look through the OWF archives) of which 2 new AAs declaring on an AA a third party is actively fighting a war with does not qualify as fair. While its true a couple of PT were previously a part of OP they do not fly our AA tag for various reasons.
I think a better way of handling this would have been for your allies to drop their tags and join Misfits to help. Now it is 3 on 1 on top of a clear updeclare to begin with.

The State of Unified Nations recognizes the recent hostilities against us as a Declaration of War by New Desolate Order.
Obviously we have been repeatedly targeted for being a vocal voice against the introduction of formal and de facto treaties into Tournament Edition.
We will fight against all odds and show no disdain despite being BARELY A WEEK SINCE LAST WAR.
We hope that we can resolve these differences with NDO with the good sportsmanlike conduct that SUN has tried to encourage and always supported in TE without acquiescing to the introduction of an SE-treaty culture to TE.
I'm not sure NDO hit you because of your treaty dislike? They don't do treaties either if i'm correct?
