I have almost 2 mil because I got aid for doing a trade. I originally had 3 mil, but I bought 50 tech, and bought enough infrastructure and soldiers to get a harbor. If I don't plan on going to war any time soon, should I not buy the aircrafts now? Also, what are CM's and NS?

Ok so I bought 50 tech. If I buy tanks and then trade my 50 tech away through tech trades, do I still keep the tanks?

Wait, so if I'm correct, if you're at tech level 0, and keep buying tech to lvl 50 and selling it back in a tech deal to lvl 0, you can get about 2 mil profit any time you want?

How should I do it if I want to get from 50-100? Or is it cheaper to do a tech deal if I want to go to 100?
