Quite frankly, I think TOP as a whole has made our fair share of bad decisions. Our decisions aside, though, this has been a long time coming. Not that we needed to let it go down like this, but whatever. These terms are very generous, and show Nemesis to be made of higher character than i previously thought. I would do much better to accept these terms and grow my nation, rather than spend God knows how long stuck in peace mode or anarchy. That said, I'm not interested. Sincerely, thanks anyway.

I find this ironic now, because your Emperor has just proven that those who reserved their initial judgment of you were the ones judging prematurely.
