I love this post, peace mode is a good way to get a break from being destroyed or some causes are very nice way to beat an opponent down to ZI. One example I have seen is an alliance keeping nations in certain tiers in PM waiting on a target to come down to their range. Instead of fighting and falling down in NS while waiting on the target to come down they sit in PM and when the time is right they come out complete the stagger and keep a nice fresh nation on the target. Its very useful!

Find some sellers and make a deal with them, you send them 3mil and they send GPA 100 tech. You won't be spending as much money as stated above, downside is your still locked up for 3 months. That's what happens when you rouge though.
