  1. It's about time I caught a nuke or two. My idol, MtDogg, has already eaten 7 (at last count). I was starting to lose major face with him, it being obvious it takes nukes to put him down but no one bothering with me. Take that MtDogg!
  2. Also, to all the back and forth about whether what I do is stupid/smart, strategic/simple, noble/cowardly, etc... you can stop the debate: it doesn't matter. There's only one argument from my point of view: is it fun for me? And I will open and close that argument right now: Yes
  3. An interview! I like it. 1. What advice would you give to the inspiring rogue population? Don't expect victory, enjoy the processes. The thing about roguing is there is no finish line or end game, just an endless stream of battles. But that's what's fun for me. I'd rather play Doom than SimCity. 2. What silly mistakes do alliances or your opponents make that help you win your battles? Name a few examples. Attacking with cash. I can't tell you how many times I've checked in my account in the morning and found 1.7M waiting for me because of lost ground battles. So far FAN has been the worst with that. This SamHouston1978 has pretty much funded me lately 3. What mistakes do you find the most interesting? Do alliances ever learn from their mistakes or do they repeat them over and over again? Every alliance is different, some good some bad. GPA and Sparta seem to have their &^#$ together. NPO, Fark and FAN seem to have no coordination or strategy. But the worst thing an alliance can do is send an idler after me. I end up looting while having a defensive slot filled. Fark is known for the idlers. 4. Are you able to fund yourself from the loot you steal alone or are collections a necessity? I am upside-down on collecting. I will save up collections while paying bills from stolen money when I can, but if I have to go to tax collection it typically means I'm hurting. (Though that's not true today, I'm fine... I had to collect for an upcoming nuke, since anarchy collections are worthless 5. How much money do you loot on average from your attackers a day? To maintain all my active war slots and replace infra from bombing runs, CMs, etc I need about 1M a day. 1.5M is average, 2M is a high, 7M is a record 6. Would you suggest investing money into infra during your wars to grow bigger than your opponents to increase your battle odds or do your military improvements make up your battle odds even when you’re smaller? I've never shied from building up. You can't protect yourself from bigger opponents because they'll sell infra to declare then accept 15M and build right back up. GPA does that a lot. When that happens it happens it still typically takes 2 or more to throw me into anarchy. There's really no safe NS when you rogue I hope this helps both sides (rogues and defenders)
  4. "Welcome to Terrorists News at 11 Well folks, we're currently at T-minus 16 hours until nuclear rain for the brave and noble nation of Terrorists. And you know what that means... In preparation the nation has already started construction of a thunderdome. The debate on whether zombies and mutants are eligible for affirmative action programs is a hot subject in senate and more savvy citizens have begun fashioning themselves post-apocalyptic leather-based 'wasteland' outfits. Reports are already in from supermarkets that sale of green bananas is down 87%. Our more forward thinking industrialists already plan to bounce back from the nuking as industries automakers with schoolgirl fetishes and bizarre choppy cartoons that make little sense. On the lighter side of news, pet stores report a sudden surge in the request of the previously poorly selling 'cuddly cockroach enthusiast kits'. Now over to Wally for sports..."
  5. Alright, I don't want to go back and forth. Give me 3m and we'll be done with this whole stupid thread. Thanks
  6. Not one bit. And I'll tell you what. You send me the 6 million and I'll pretend this whole thing never happened.
  7. I wouldn't argue that I am brilliant or even close. I'm not sure where to start in arguing whether or not I'm an "entity" so I'll leave that one alone as well. I do have fun doing what I do. People work hard on their nations, work hard to coordinate tech deals with lower NS folks. They send them 9mil, 12mil, 15mil... and then suddenly it's gone -- simply a part of my combined infra, soldiers and tanks. All I ever give back are cruise missiles. Most people just cut their loses and move on, but every once and a while it really pays off. When poor Sunny sent out his 3 million and waited like a kid mailing away for a cereal prize it was too much to resist. He was so excited about the prospect of his 100 tech, counting down the days till he'd be at the coveted 7,232 tech. Then? Then what happens? I drink his milkshake. I really don't need the cash. I use it to buy more infra that will be bombed away in a day or two, troops that I'll throw recklessly at attackers. I don't need it. What I do need is his official emails entitled "Ultimatum!" First I negotiate my friendship in lieu of paying back the tech. Then I offer a warm acquaintanceship and 25 tech. Then I watch him seeth as I follow up with a response to his threats: "Chillax, just be happy I don't take more from your little alliance. We tech raiders pray on World Task Force because you're known as the French of cybernations " It's not that I consider myself some Napoleonic master tactician. I just enjoy the ripples I can cause and the anger I can achieve in this game. It's really quite delightful and provides a lot of mid-day entertainment. So just to recap: 1) I'm not cheating 2) I'm not donating 3) I do want attention 4) I like milkshakes 5) I am not brilliant 6) I hope to hit over a billion dollars stolen before I'm done. I'm currently at $276,747,698. Ways to go, so keep tech dealin' folks! Thanks for the support from some, the attention from the rest.
  8. I've never donated. I feel silly defending myself with such a statement. It's almost like an attempt to vindicate one's self with the argument "I'm a poor tipper," but it's a fact. And to open the books on my finances: Bills Paid: $13,069,462.91 Purchases Over Time: $260,396,197.79 Of course I'm upside down on tax collection (to pay: 276k collect: 113k) so most of the purchases were with stolen cash. And for the record, I've been ZI'd 4 times. It's hard to pinpoint which alliance is responsible since it tends to be a group effort, but I'd estimate it was: 1st time = Group effort, 2nd time = Sparta, 3rd time = GPA, 4th time = New Polar Order. Cheers! Wampler
