Because "TOP-C&G War" just doesn't have the same ring to it. Interesting little conundrum we find ourselves in lately, isn't it? Once again, on our little planet of Bob, the nukes are flying. But why? In wars like this, it can be kind of hard to find a good casus belli that actually makes sense. So let's look at this from a logical standpoint. The Wikia lists the casus belli for TOP declaring on CnG to be a "preemptive strike against expected \m/ coalition combatants". Which makes perfect sense, since at the time the Second Unjust War was still being waged. However, as everyone who hasn't been living under a rock for the last few months now knows, TOP and the ODN aren't exactly buddies anymore. Though I wasn't here to see the exact reason (I left CN back after the Third Great War for some personal time), I do know that practically everyone in TOP and IRON wants us dead. Now, even though it is true that TOP attacked many people from many different alliances, the fact that the ODN just joined C&G cannot be ignored when considering why, exactly, TOP entered the war. I personally believe that a lot of the motivation behind their declaration has to do with the shattered relations between ODN and TOP. As for IRON and the rest, you can probably chalk those up to treaty webs popping. So, if someone would be kind enough to inform me, why the animosity in the Orange sphere these days? We used to be the strongest economic force in the game until the Karma War and the NPO shattered us into millions of broken pieces. Karma was ages ago. I think it's about time we moved on and got back together, providing NPO has nothing to do with us. ODN being admitted to Complaints and Grievances is a step in the right direction, what with ODN and Vanguard having a strong bond as it is now. But we need to strive to be brothers once again. However, until the date that Crymson decides to stop kissing his own $@! and think about other alliances, this can never happen. So until that day, I will fight against my brothers in the hopes that we will find peace one day. This is gonna be a fun one (especially since apparently people are ALREADY asking for surrender terms), so if you don't mind, I'm gonna go get me a piece of that action. 'scuse.
