I will state this again to the be as clear as possible as it seems you dont understand anything unless it makes you look good.

He attacked for Mongols and Kaskus, he may be one nation, but he did it because he liked what we do, for this we see him as an alliance and kaskus and Mongols will only accept peace if he gets it to.
Answer the !@#$@#$ question and quit acting like such a hard ass.

He is right. The more people that post the bigger my ego gets. Its about to bust D=

That's amazing. So, what's it like to be about as pathetic as one could be without being a homeless, autistic, limbless 2 year old abandoned on a minefield?

I'd like to announce that I have made the EZI list of NSO.

Who else will join me in my campagin? Help me become the most hated person in CN.

    Evella2012

unknownsmurf of NSO plans to leave NSO to join UNSC and become the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Just thought I would let NSO know, for doing me such a favor.
He already left NSO to join Kaskus to fight GOONS, idiot.

    1) If you want attention that bad go find some teenage males I am sure they will be happy to oblige, stop *&^% posting here, no one cares about you.

    2)

DUDE, that would be amazing, you are just working at your desk and you get the munchies, and them bam you can eat some paperweights and you dont even have to get up, and food doesn't have to be light, I hear bacon rockets are heavy.
I didn't think that post was worth keeping around, but since you quoted it....either the paperweight would have to taste like !@#$, or your papers would be disco. Therefore, still useless. Might as well buy a burrito and use it to hold your laptop down, until you get hungry. Also, Peggy Sue bacon rockets.

That right there is the difference between Fark's beer reviews and GOONS' plays (and other joke terms). Fark didn't actually care, their terms were more just to be a light-hearted joke; like Evil said, they had a plagiarized review and all they did was call them out in a joking way - they didn't hold them at war or go back to war. GOONS' terms are the end-all-be-all, where if they don't meet the "standards" you continue fighting. Which is fine, you win the war you dictate the terms. But they don't really compare to others joke terms like you seem to be trying to say.

For the record, I think the mercy board does have some great moments. A lot of bad ones too, but some great ones. :P
Perhaps I misunderstood the purpose of the beer reviews, then. What you're saying is...they were agreed upon by both parties, no strings attached, regardless of whether the people completed them or not, for the sole purpose of pretending to force someone into performing a task as a "peace term". The beer reviews (despite the outrage expressed by several individuals - as per 905's post) weren't actually a required task to be performed by a party surrendering to Fark. Am I getting this straight? Why would outrage be expressed and the practice canned if they weren't a requirement for peace? The definition of a requirement for peace means that the alternative to performing the task is remaining at war, am I right?

  6.
First, Fark granted peace with the beer or video game (or milk?) review as a term. In other words, they stopped fighting first and expected the term to be fulfilled afterwards. Something GOONS did not do.
Second, I believe Matt Miller (though maybe someone else?) actually plagiarized their beer reviews, we (I was in Fark at the time) called them out over it, in a "what? copy and pasted beer reviews? what a waste of an opportunity to drink beer!" sort of way, and moved on.
In case it hasn't this dead horse hasn't been beaten on enough. Fark pushed the beer reviews originally in the spirit of "hey, we like beer our forums have numerous beer reviews let's see if we can give a term that isn't lolcripplingtech and can open a line of communication regarding a common interest and have some fun".
GOONS pushes their mercy board as a way to make tangible the superior political position granted them by DH/PB over their opposition and to see how much ooc "humilation" they can force people to accept to remove themselves from a war.
It seems you've been buying into that pathetic line of reasoning that was first created by Schattenmann, himself. Our mercy board is defined by exactly what you defined your beer reviews with..."let's see if we can give a term that isn't (whatever this word is)...and have some fun". Many people have expressed their appreciation for our mercy board, and most that follow through come out of the experience with a positive attitude. Lord Caporo (the leader of Kaskus, whom we're currently at war with) even recently stopped by our mercy board to ask for terms he could do just for the hell of it. When provided with these two options:
Option #1
Photoshop Nicolas Cage so that he's wearing Donald Duck's trademark sailor suit. Remember that Donald Duck wears no pants, so to keep things work safe, make sure he's wearing boxers that have little tiny Nicolas Cage faces on them.

    Option #2
Write us a 600 word or longer article on the mating habits of Q*berts.
....he lost interest, I guess. Reviewing those terms, I can't see how such a thing could be considered 'humiliating'. This is not to say that we haven't requested humiliating terms before, per se...in special cases, when a person has demonstrated they're never going to complete terms in the first place and/or have been a complete asshat to our alliance, then yes...terms have been adjusted to meet the scenario.

e: to address the fact that you peaced out with people prior to production of the beer reviews, we've had too many people *escape to peace mode and then enter a protected AA to get away scot-free.

*see UPN's acceptance of UOKMB members during Roguefest 2010. Peggy Sue, forever in our hearts.

I'm glad you agree that your members incompetence made them rush a response which was laden with !@#$. Now that wasn't hard was it?
I see you've missed why I put your words in quotation marks. How can you expect to understand a response to one of your questions when you can't even identify reasons for punctuation? It makes perfect sense that you considered all the replies to be a series of unintelligible symbols.

  8.
So in short they words weren't confusing and your members were just incompetent enough to browse past that then spew !@#$. Got it, thanks for clarifying.

It almost rates alongside "Hiro had someone pay his debts" WRONG!
No, "they words weren't confusing". Are you done spewing broken English at me while trying in vain to draw as much attention as possible to your own ignorance, or is there yet another turd you've spray painted and doused in patchouli oil you've got in your pocket?

  9.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Were getting somewhere now. Nice avoidance of what I asked. I'm quite sure as in 110% sure the many people that have known me prior to goons would disagree with you about what type of person I was. It just took a year plus of being around scum for it to affect me. As far as side stepping I don't see you really answering what i said, so hmmm, excuse me if I apply that to yourself. If I were to worry about significance in this place I'd be a seriously sad individual. Luckily for you I don't really care about what neck beards think of me, or in fact anyone in this realm.

If your members come out with completely stupid !@#$ or untrue !@#$, then I will correct it, I can't help that seems to be a regular occurrence now.

Now the pleseantries are out the way, again, I ask this in the vain hope you wont skirt around it with insults.

Was this really that hard to follow? What part of this is unclear or hazy? or in fact would lead you to be confused enough about it to post !@#$ comments that were untrue?
You've been around scum all your life, Hiro. The small portion of it you spent in GOONS didn't make you what you are. Sidestepping is defined by avoiding an issue, as you have been by posting 'lern 2 reed' in response to multiple posts by GOONS members. I'm glad you're not worried about being a sad individual...one can only assume your complacency in avoiding becoming one led to your current state as one. Unfortunately for you, being able to correct people on something requires a certain level of intelligence of a subject in query. Being unable to eloquently address a counterpoint is your own downfall. As for your persistent questioning of your ridiculous post: as has been stated before, mere mention of an action does not define "bragging". Your own complications with deciphering of the English language led to your misguided conclusion that Beefspari was bragging. Question answered, move on.

  10.
Maybe being around a bunch of dwellers and fools for so long rubbed off badly on me? The responses that mattski and sirbilly came out with were wrong. Instead of responding to the post they were in too much of a hurry to respond to the poster and left themselves wide open for comments like that, hardly my fault. Just like all you can do right now is criticize my typing. Other than that you don't really have much to say. It does give me great pleasure knowing I was the worst GOON, it really is a compliment. Coupled with your "Hiro is my biggest Failure" comment, it just swells my heart with a feeling of accomplishment.
No, I'm quite sure you had the potential to become what you are now, I'm just surprised that it took a trigger like a fake ragequit from an alliance that was finally beginning to shun you to make you come out of your proverbial shell. Yes, we see what you are now, waving your flair around and side-stepping like a brain-damaged chimp attempting to escape from animal rights activists who are kidnapping it from a medical testing facility. You've banished yourself to Methrage-level significance and can't completely come to terms with that fact. By all means, lead a verbal assault on GOONS every chance you get. I'm sure people like Schattenmann appreciate the eloquence and dignity you bring to the anti-GOONS movement.

  11.
Yea, I can see how this comment would be hard to grasp, I mean with it being filled with complex things that some goons may not understand like, words.
I'm afraid you're confused. We understand words. It's your inability to put them into any form of coherent thought that makes your posting so unbearably horrible. Brushing aside our counterpoints with "you can't read" is precisely the kind of boorish behaviour we came to detest from you when you were still proudly wearing our AA. If anything, it amuses me that you were able to do such a complete 180 and side with the same exact people you were so outspoken against fairly recently. It's all-too apparent what you've deemed is your purpose these days, and I can't help but to think that the Hiro before GOONS would beat the !@#$ out of today's Hiro. It's a sad turn of events, but it's also a sign of the times.

  12.
I suppose we shall have to agree to disagree. :P

The point I was making earlier is that while, yes, we did ask for beer reviews in previous wars (a practice that has been discontinued prior to my administration and not since revisited), we didn't force an alliance to keep taking hits for weeks on end until we were "satisfied" that the reviews met some standard of Farker critical review. It was an experiment that drew the ire of certain folks, when the original intent was to build friendships with a friendly term. We listened, changed the policy and moved on.

To go a step further, at one point during the negotiations, and in my presence, KemMo personally offered to formally surrender and publicly admit ultimate defeat to GOONS and her allies. A fair compromise which you rejected in favor of this request for a "quality" play. The only alternative you countered with was for NPL to accept an additional month of war.

Logically, this leads one to draw the conclusion that the original "play" term should never have been agreed to in the first place, nor should any such term of this nature offered by GOONS be accepted or even seriously considered in the future. The standards set were obviously vague enough to be interpreted any number of ways depending on subjective opinion and that "artistic critique" was used to its full advantage in order to pursue other goals beyond peace with NPL.
The difference is that you've received quality beer reviews, haven't you? Would you be so accepting of a review that was, in essence, "I don't drink beer so all beer is bad, the end"? If someone agrees to peace terms and then produces an item that is so blatantly lacking in effort, it is taken as a slight to the requesting party. Reviewing milk at least demonstrates that the writer intended that a quality item be produced in order to fulfill your terms. As for your removal of the beer review term policy for surrenders, that is a sad turn of events. This society benefits from culture-driven unusual practices in order to keep things interesting. There's always going to be a few naysayers that are going to complain about anything but white peace on Bob, and bending to their will is like negotiating with a terrorist....once they see that their outspoken brashness produces results, they'll never shut up.

I agree, however, that if the entirety of the NPL hadn't the ability to grasp the concept of writing a play, they should have stated such and been given an alternate term to complete.

  13.
We offered them the play, they attempted it, it was not satisfactory. We made them a new offer, the option of making a comic, they gave us that. If they had made another offer, like say making a song or video, that could have worked too. We gave them many opportunities, but they simply did not produce. The incentive had to be harsh to encourage the production of quality pieces. Art through adversity.
I concur with this....the play(s) were just terrible. Honestly, you can't tell me that no one in Fark knows what a script from a play looks like. I'm sure you've read their "works", right Atanatar? If the entirety of NPL was too stupid to figure out how to abide by our parameters, we are not accountable for their failure. It was up to us to judge, we gave them MULTIPLE chances at following through, and it was apparent that they were going to try to weasel out of it by demonstrating as little effort as possible. That doesn't work with us.

I've been largely ignoring CN in general lately, beyond my alliance community, so make sure you PM my nation where I need to send my debts on this and any other betting that I've done other places.

    BEEP BEEP, HYPOCRITE COMING THROUGH

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this guy was in GOONS and participated in GOONS-brand antics until he decided it was time to act like a 12 year old and post GOONS warchests directly from our forums into the OWF. He then claimed to be leaving this world, but instead had someone buy his freedom. He now resides in his own little protectorate of LoSS where he can talk !@#$ and grow without fear of reprisal.

Go give a moralist a hug, Hiro. I'm sure there's someone out there that is willing to forget your entire past.

  16.
I can agree with the action of the alliance, without caring about the alliance doing it. They're fighting and nuking GOONS, which gets them a +1 added to their rating if I was going to rate them. Also what a load of garbage on GOONS having more legitimacy than the other alliances here just because GOONS have signed a lot of treaties to put them in a strong enough position where they can get away with raiding small alliances and such, despite not being a very strong alliance themselves. GOONS have about as much legitimacy as GGA during the NPO hegemony had. GGA was good at sucking up to NPO, but that was about it. Then due to them sucking up to NPO enough, GGA was able to throw NPO's weight around as well, which helped make the NPO hegemony more unpopular faster. Similar to what GOONS do for MK.

Edit: Also I've fully rebuilt since the NG war, built up to more than double the size I was at when my second war with NG started. So I don't see how I'm severally damaged from that, I found a good alliance thanks to that and in a better position than I was before that war.
Is this some sick, twisted version of ventriloquism you've invented, or are you really that adept at talking out of your ass? Someone needs to buy you a box of straws, son. Your inability to properly compare one situation to another (albeit quite defining of you as an individual) perpetuates your reputation as a washed-up joke. Although...between your never-ending "back when I went to war with GOONS and/or NG" posts and your "back when I led Citadel" posts, your tendency to post something about your hatred for GOONS in every single thread you post in is both a flaw for you and a point for GOONS. We win when people like you are crying about injustices and atrocities performed by our loveable carousel of neckbeards in drag. Every tear shed by Methrage fuels the GOONS machine. Vroom vroom, honk honk.
