After weeks of negotiation and general drinking games, TIA and MDCW came up with this badass treaty. We think they are cool and they think we are cool, so all is cool. [u][b][size="5"][center]The Everlasting Bombstopper Agreement [/center][/size][/b][/u] [b]Preamble:[/b] This Non-Aggression Pact is designed to encourage good relations between Mutual Defense of the Common Welfare (henceforth referred to as MDCW) and The Infinity Alliance (henceforth referred to as the TIA). It is designed to serve as a framework of trust and to serve in non-aggression and peaceful dispute resolution between MDCW and TIA. [b]Article I: Sovereignty[/b] MDCW and TIA acknowledge their respective sovereignty and independence of each other, and shall treat each other with the according respect. [b]Article II: Non-aggression in war[/b] MDCW and TIA agree that none of their members shall engage in war between each other. [b]Article III: Illicit aid to attackers[/b] MDCW and TIA agree that none of their members shall provide Foreign Aid to a nation or alliance who is at war with the members of MDCW and TIA, or who are engaged in espionage against either alliance. [b]Article IV: Inciting others to attack[/b] MDCW and TIA agree that none of their members shall encourage, bribe, solicit, or badger another nation to attack the members either alliance. This will include the use of multiple nations by one Real Life person. [b] Article V: Espionage[/b] MDCW and TIA agree to not seek sensitive information belonging to, or pertaining to, the alliances party to this pact, and agree that if any such information comes into their possession they shall not disclose this information, even within their own alliance forums or other relatively secure means of alliance communication. [b]Article VI: Safe harbor to enemies[/b] MDCW and TIA agree that none of their members shall harbor or hide the assets of the enemies of the other alliance [b]Article VII: Dispute resolution[/b] In the case of an attack from one alliance member against a member of the other alliance, the attacked nation may defend itself, and the attacked alliance may provide the attacked nation with Foreign Aid. However, immediate diplomatic contact has to be established to solve this conflict in a peaceful manner. The attacker must pay full reparations and may not ask payment for his loss in the battles. Other nations from either alliance may not enter the conflict until 36 hours after the initial attack and only if no diplomatic resolution could be found. [b]Article VIII: Equally binding[/b] MDCW and TIA agree that this pact shall be binding upon themselves and all their constituent members both full and potential, current and future. [b]Article IX: Termination[/b] Official notice must be given 24 hours in advance should either alliance desire to terminate this treaty. The dissolution of either alliance, or their merger into a third party, shall make this treaty automatically null and void and no notice need be given. An Announcement From The Infinity Alliance After a couple of weeks as an alliance, we realized that our Constitution simply called for way to many people. We had create a business like GM or AIG – which has a track record of epic fail. So, we got together one day and changed a few things, kept others, and shrunk the size of government so it is more manageable. We had a seven-teen man government, now we have a four man government. Here is the new Constitution, After we fixed that problem, we did a quick election for the roles of each of the directors of TIA. The uniqueness is that our goal is to make sure that members will always have their slots full of tech deals. We will do anything to make that happen. Other alliances offer it – but it is not their main concern. Our alliance is designed from the ground up for the soul purpose of buying and selling tech. It is simple – we are in this for the profits and not for the warz and headache that associate themselves with them. We have a school – like other alliances. We have defense organizations – like other alliances. We even have a Senate that can create legislation – like many alliances. Our many concern is tech.
