Bring on the Krispy Creme's Daj!!!

I should also like to mention that when I saw the title of this at the side of my screen, I thought you were going to call one or more people a bunch of c*nts.
Not even kidding.
When my Daughter was in Kindergarden she got up and told her class that her mummy say's the "C" word all the time. Awkwardly the teacher mentioned it to my wife before having to clear up that in our house the "C" naughty word was in fact "crap". Was a bit of a laugh.
-
Good luck for today Mr Daj! Frankly I always considered 13 a lucky number anyway, give that cancer hell mate!

The concept of a warchest has very much carried over into my RL with respect to emergency funds.
Very true. Will tick that box!

Define "moralist".
Exactly.
The general "moralist" mindset exists, but it's not necessarily always going to be a far wing version of it, likewise with the Lulz crew. There are many places along the scope of both sides and many groups of folks exist within.

...best 2 out of 3?

Lol NRL states
I can't explain why.... or how..... but the thread has derailed into a NRL vs AFL debate now with the Blues and Maroons supporters joining forces like some crazy Superman - Batman dynamic duo to smite our aerial ping pong cousins once and for all! haaaaa!

Tell you what..... looser has to MS paint the other a go team pro-QLD/NSW supporter poster.

See, theres that attitude treating CN like a facebook social game instead of like risk on steroids.
If the war cycles were more rapid and flowing it would help. Short sharp wars every 2-3 months etc. You might get more kick out of playing the strategy game as the "moves" would tick over more rapidly. I think the big reason why it settles into a social game is cause at 6-9 months at a pop the peace cycles require's something more to motivate you to play and most folks lean on the social facebook side to give them reason to log on each day. Without it, honestly there just isn't much strategy to keep you entertained year in year out unless your really wound up on some grand revenge mission vendetta or something. If by chance your unlucky and 2 war cycles pass in a row without major political movement in the sides hell you can spend the best part of playing 2 years with little strategy thrills to show from it at all.
I still say global reset and toss us all back in day one like lord of the flies killing each other over scraps of cash and tech. 3 week wars every few months and dynamic rise and fall of power clusters as new growth targets get hit, each MP becoming a major win etc.

Think you'll have a blast a SRA mate! Enjoy!

Well was my advise to Smurth to gather his fellow Nones together to form an army and then DOE "NONE" followed by a DOW against the neutrals. Then kick back and enjoy the fireworks!

As a former customer i highly recommend this product/service.
I too have trialled the Smurth-your-way-to-success 6 step program and was very happy with my rock hard abs, slender thighs and toned man boobs. I'd recommend this one to anyone!
Good luck out there bud!

THE serial pedophile found guilty of murdering Queensland schoolboy Daniel Morcombe has been sentenced to life in prison, with the judge saying he is “beyond rehabilitation”.
Brett Peter Cowan, 44, will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars.
In an emotional address, Justice Roslyn Atkinson set a minimum non-parole period of 20 years, but added he should never be released.
Cowan showed no emotion as sentence was passed.
he just got 20 years. It will be up to a parole board to decide if he gets out after that. I wish I could be confident he would never be out again but I've seen a few monsters let out with ankle bracelets and such in the last few years so nothing would surprise me.

One might well say they need to catch them EVERYWHERE.
Also just saying.
Very much so. There are a number of organisations around that in the past have had self interest in pretending certain events never happened. Sometimes to protect their image, or their income or the people in power within them.
The flip side to your point is also when they are caught we need to do a far better job of dealing with them.
This child killer was caught and convicted twice before, he served his time and got off easy and fast after completing rehabilitation courses and finding god and other tricks he knew would win over the judges. The police knew for a fact he was responsible for many other crimes as well but just could never convict him. This latest one, they got him 100% and this time around the child died and they were able to prove it. I really don't think it should have been allowed to go on for so long and so repeatedly before someone said they needed to throw away the key and remove him from society for good. I think in all we in the West and Australia Particularly (no death penalty and restricted max term life sentences etc) afford too many rights to people who simply are evil and can never be re-introduced into society safely.

It was a fairly epic case in Australia that's dragged on for the last 10 years in fact. The Queensland police set up one of the most elaborate sting operations I can ever recall to catch the killer. They actually set up a fake criminal gang and had undercover cops spend years luring the suspected killer into their gang with the hope of slowly getting him to open up about his past. He eventually took the undercover cops to the site of the body under the mis-beleif they were his gang mates coming to destroy the evidence. Was pretty amazing actually.

A whole lot of this. But you also have to take into account the Prison Industrial Complex we have here in the States (responsible for our insane incarceration rate). People aren't sent to jail to be rehabilitated. They're sent because private prison companies make money for every prisoner they house. They couldn't care less what the prisoners do in there, they just want more prisoners.
It's noble to speak of things like "rehabilitation," but that is so far removed from the reality of our prison state.
I've always thought the private prison companies should be paid a double bonus for every prisoner, released that doesn't end up back in jail in the 10 years that follow their release.
Businesses understand profit. If you create some form of commission directly connected to how well you rehabilitate your prisoners perhaps they would rework their model to cash in on it. As it stands right now the prison companies are actually profiting from prisoners that rebound straight back into jail. In effect they are rewarded for encouraging crims to get worse under their care! crazy but true

As a child of the 80's I must say this does suck. Particularly as I always wished for a Ghostbusters sequel that I could take my kids to see.
-
Ok gotcha HOT.
Well my main priority would be #1 protecting the community. So in that mind does the punishment deter anti-social actions? Obviously being locked in a cage deters them while your in the cage as society doesn't have to deal with you, but there is always concerns when people's time is up and you may or may not realise the crazy child killer isn't actually a changed man, just an older crazier bastard now ready to go out!
-
I think you're missing the point of my post, King Wally.
You better run it past me then mate?
-
HOT I'm sorry mate but your totally deluded if you think this is even a question. Hell I'd take 10 lashes over 10 days in jail easy.
If your so soft you couldn't take a little whip on the arse then trust me your going to have a hell of a lot of fun adjusting to getting a plastic fork with a Hep C infected razor blade glued to the top jammed down your spine in the exercise yard!
I had the pleasure of meeting Chopper reid before he died, now that dude had some fine prison stories!
