  1. I guess this is what qualifies as "good politics," these days. Shhhh everyone, irrelevant micro is playing politics. He's either desperate for attention or bored* ... can you tell which? *This one actually isn't your fault but I still am going to blame you for it because I can.** **Also hello.*** ***Also goodbye.
  2. I wish I could dislike y'all more but really at this point it's on the rest of the slouches for not having the sack to do anything about ya for fear of their own pixels. Then again the only sort who have the ability are just as spineless and cowardly as yourselves, so perhaps that's the bit.
  3. This must have been incredibly humbling. Sorry y'all had to taste the mayo. Here's hoping the planet explodes.

  6. I just came back to post that CN is dead and really if the most interesting thing Bob can come up with is ex-MI6 rolling MI6 there should be more threads in the game play discussion regarding hitting the off button. MI6 wins. Pacifica and Umbrella suck, the toilet bowl bloc is a joke, Non Grata are still alive somehow in spite of themselves and RON is still an inactive husk. Do(nothing)om turds are still a bunch of waste of pixels. Also the rest of the micro alliances + Methrage collectively make up more interest in this game than the other 99%. Should tell you something. This game is controlled by multi's and wannabe social justice warriors. Kev, hit the restart switch please. Seriously -- you'll earn more at this point.
  7. How did the whole MK thing "as a community" instead of a CN alliance work out?
  8. Game mechanics. Talked about for years, was never changed. No point in fighting a war if the folks you hit can instantly rebuild. Everyone should hold hands and never expend a pixel.
  9. IYIyTh

    Yep

Oh hey. So I see nothing's happened since I came here last. Not entirely too shocked given the end state of CN. To everyone who made things fun, thanks -- it was a massive time sink and I got to have a lot of fun winning and losing pointless elections, taking the piss out of folks for fun and the like. Game was fun when you had time to invest and there was a modicum of intrigue and ability to impact the greater game. Kept things interesting when you could meet new folks from around the world but with our declining demographics even that aspect has diminished. I feel like a grandfather when signing on and seeing the folks considered active on irc. Now that there's none there's little reason to remain! Later haters.
  10. Game's dead. Folks still here are a bunch of cowards who if they've fought for anything haven't done it in half a decade. Thanks for playing.
  11. Oh, don't worry. Plenty of folks have made up their mind about the bloc who were and weren't involved.
  12. If you would like to continue telling the world about how it was about the terrible decisions MI6 or TPF made or how the clearly forced apology is worth what it's written on I'm more than comfortable listening to what merit it has.
  13. Nor for folks who actually did nothing but instigate such conflict intentionally for nearly a year before going through with their plans. I guess we'll just all wait for Natan to think up something more ambitious for Umbrella other than having folks do its bidding for it. Until then have to settle for Pacifica picking and choosing which old friend to throw down the stairs next. An apology might've been warranted, but the wrong people wrote it.
  14. Those were my exact thoughts when I read this too. Congrats Umbrella.
  15. i still have u beat with gophergate 2014
  16. It depends on what their narrative for abandoning their allies is on a given day. My personal favorite is lack of communication. Umbrella's shameless opportunism and intentional shirking of treaty obligations (pretending they don't exist when convenient, actively undermining allies while allied, cancelling on the eve of war etc) is a known quantity, which makes it all the more funny to watch them bother trying to defend their sordid record.
  17. IYIyTh

    No lie

wow, people actually bought that watch.
  18. Your current alliance really isn't one to speak of honoring past treaty obligations.
  19. There's nothing scary about a bully
  20. It wouldn't even have to be ludicrously active.
  21. Wait people are making peace mode jokes in this war?
  22. MHA would have murdered MK, for the same reason collectively Oculus should have no problem with MI6. I didn't claim MHA was a super awesome fighting machine at the time or that it would be easy, but it was running around 60% slot efficiency at the time and I had the place in shape -- something few alliances today can manage at 80 members, let alone 360. The alliance was ahead of the curb in terms of its advanced military wonders and those who possessed them were very active fighters, or people who merely needed a sip of organization. Cybernations is a very easy game, it's just a few clicks. If you're capable and patient enough in coaching people it's really simple. Before I grew up and got a big boy job and spent hours on at update every night of war, I was probably one of the best fighters in CN at my tier. At the end of the day -- throw three no-name's on me and my damage is fairly mitigated. MK was singing its swan song, and wasn't anywhere near its zenith. Back to your hilarious comment. I had no problem making the comment because I knew MK would never dare risk their pixels on MHA in a 1 on 1 scenario. I simply claimed it would beat MK heads up, because it had an enormous advantage in personnel, and actually a substantial tech tier advantage. And it would have. I know it's really hard for you to not homer for said dead alliance, but even if it didn't turn out to be true, it's not nearly as ludicrous of a supposition as you'd like to pretend it is. I don't claim responsibility for what happened a year after I was gone from the alliance, because I had no way shape or form of influencing it -- and judging MHA based on a 10-1 curbstomp is really a petty argument in and of itself. MI6 is a better individual fighting unit than most of the alliances attacking it save 2-3, who have the advantage of roughly 6-7 years on them in existence and who haven't recently endured a curbstomp like MI6 did just this past winter. It's for the same reason that while IRON is fairly mediocre in comparison to a more organized alliance like Umbrella it poses substantial military effort to contain by itself through sheer capacity. Umbrella might even do more damage, but it would incur substantial loss on its own and IRON would be better prepared to deal with them in such a one on one scenario. Similarly, with comparisons of Umb and NPO. Additionally, they would never dare have risked their pixels in a scrap match for the same reason no one in Oculus would dare lay a finger on MI6 for themselves. They would have their faces stomped in while the whole world simply got richer. It's very simple math. I know it's hard for some folks to get around. Also, y'all claiming this isn't ridiculously lopsided need your heads check on what part of the forum this post is in.
  23. Rarely has a CN war ever been so lopsided. Heads up, MI6 would mop the floor with any of you. If it makes you feel any better, I have a feeling your precious stats will turn around in short order.
  24. This flies in the face of what your emperor and other FA folks have said about MI6 not being an issue what so ever. Apparently y'all can't make up your mind. In your defense I would have a tough time keeping up with all the double talk you've managed the past several months too.
