I'd say I'm a reliable tech dealer, and I'd be interested in this deal, save one thing. I'd love to be in this trade circle. Ive got Wheat & Rubber I'm willing to switch to any team, but I dont have a harbor yet. I have an open improvement slot (1,000 citizens), but i dont have the $200,000 to buy it yet.
