I am new to tech deals, yes- but I've seen a constant stream of others selling 50 tech for $3million so I'm selling 60 for 3m, am I wrong here ? And why is it bad to be at war with 3 others? I'm merely trying to sell the tech I've raided for some solid cash This wasn't going to be a constant tech trading system, I only planned on selling one set of 50 tech. And lastly, whats so bad about trading with someone who's at war? The tech will be delivered guaranteed and there's no chance of me actually losing these wars due to my superior military (compared to my opponents). An elaborate explanation on tech trading would be much appreciated, I guess

Right now, I'm in nuclear anarchy, I over deployed, and I'm getting trashed from multiple sources. Sound's pretty bad, right? WELL... I have a current happiness of 24.33. wtf. Yeah, it works out in my favor BUT this is obviously a bug that should be fixed to keep the game fair. Long story short, I'm being devastated and my nation is in TWO states of Anarchy, yet I have a happiness rating thats through the roof. This comment is mostly meant as information for an admin, and i would like you to also know that this doesn't always happen. Often times, one thing will change- whether it be a loss of infra. due to bombings, the buying of infra, the buying of soldiers, or the loss of soldiers- and this happiness drops down to where it should be ( negative six point something). Although this happiness bug does seem random, I have run into it enough to declare it non-coincidental. I'm not a programmer, but I think my combination of infra, troops, tech, and maybe resources might have something to do with it. Thanks for your time
