I have Iron and Silver, if you were willing to swap out something for the silver. I sent you an in game message as well.

Just send them so we can get the ball rolling. You'll be able to build up faster with the resources you'll still get without the harbor... once you get the harbor built, just send the trade to whoever wasn't able to trade with you initially, and you should see the missing bonus resources appear then. Or if someone sends aid (all my slots are full for a while, sorry) then that would be even better. Make sense?

Just keep building at your current rate, but make sure that the harbor is your first improvement. It's going to be hard for anyone to send much aid due to the war right now. By the time this circle is completed, you'll probably have your harbor in place. And you won't regret it.
