What's with GR anyway? Why's it back?

I was .2% away from getting nukes. Now I'm in the top 8.8%. I just hope it sorts out soon.

I'm sure all will be well once everyone's nations update. But what about GRL? My environment went from perfect to 3.5 stars. I don't want to have to live with that!

Why do you think Admin lowered the value of tech? Could people have been exploiting it by raising their NS more to get nukes faster? And why would he EVER bring back GRL?!?! Nearly everyone despises it...

Me neither. I just never liked the whole concept of suffering for others' actions. But if it's back, it's back. Hopefully we may be able, with enough complaints, to get it removed again, or at least decreased.

Well then, your nation must have had a huge amount of tech making up the bulk of your NS. Tech multiplier is now *5 instead of *20. EDIT: talking to Boon

His NS will decrease once you actually view his nation.

NS resets when someone views your nation. So you have to actually view the nation for its NS to reset.
