Gratz MHA, yah we're a slower group over at the OAC

Hello Round 5 The Old Atlantic Charter was formed in the last month of Round 4 and was able to hit a peak of rank 11 and end in rank 12. I know many, if not most of you don't know really anything about us so I'm here to explain. We were formed by a couple of friends who were tired of the lack of war in SE (this was before the outbreak of war). We at the OAC allow our soldiers to fight whenever they wish and are always willing to give a helping hand. We are open to treaties but only make them with people we feel we can trust. If you wish to join or become a diplomat just send me a message on TE and I'll get you the site. Our IRC is #oac-cnte. Also please don't send any spies, A. We don't like that type of thing and B. your not going to get any info. Our site is open to all, our attacks are formulated minutes before we strike so you wont get to know any information ahead of time. Thanks to all of our friends who helped us survive last round. And a warning to tech raiders, we don't like you. Please pay attention to who you are attacking, if a nation changes to our AA you have 24 hours to cease attacks before you are destroyed, we don't take complaints so don't bother. Also alliances, please be informed that that if a member of yours has tech raided one of ours we will inform you and give you 48 hours to cease attacks or declare the alliance a rogue or ghost. If we are attacked three times by nations form your alliance war will follow, no ifs, ands, or buts. Please post in this topic about who the leader of your alliance is and how we can get in contact with them, also please post a forum link if you can. No mention of the OAC Guess we're just going to have to make a bigger impact in round 5, I guess getting Sanctioned in less than a month and being in the Blackwater war wasn't enough Looking forward to next round

Speaking on behalf of the Old Atlantic Charter I'd like to make some points clear We never said that the attacks would cease if you stopped speaking out KT, you were simply an alliance that we found to be a threat. There were no peace options Secondly, the OAC recognizes Naon as the current leader of the UN and supports rule Thirdly, the UN never begged the OAC for anything, we simply offered our services to our friends in the UN Also KT you need to stop this, I understand you feel the UN could be run better but thats not your decisions. Especially if your not a registered member of that alliance. Your obviously not going to get your way, if people havent left by now then they arent going to leave. KT this shouldn't be forum discussion, this should be handled in private on the UN's rofurms or IRC. And, GIL GOT ANGRY!!! never saw that before
