2. Hola all. I'm an experienced reroll looking for an alliance, and have previously held government positions. I'm not picky in terms of alliance size and color, but would prefer an alliance with a tightly-knit community and moderate involvement in CN Politics. Additionally, I would like an alliance that is active on forums and IRC - but not to an amount where my involvement in the community would require an all-consuming amount of time. Lack of mind-numbing bureaucracy would be nice too But keep in mind I'm flexible in all requirements. Feel free to either PM me or post offers here! Thanks!
 3. Interesting, but the "New Path" has holes in some areas. And I feel like I totally read too much into this
The masses must be controlled by a central figure, one who can be trusted to do right for the people and who their absolute trust lies. Only this individual can provide efficiency to the people, equip them and guide them for when they are either in peace or at war, and to unite the people(s) of the world under one banner.
Sounds nice, but this is vague. How do I know, as part of the masses, that this individual is able to be trusted? Previous experience? Sometimes people do really good in some areas, but then they crash and burn into flames when given more responsibility ya know?
Franzism is based upon the ideals of freedom for the flock but guided by the firm yet well-informed hand of the shepherd. Those who undertake this doctrine choose their allegiances very carefully, consulting with the designated guide to determine how to proceed with certain groups of people. There are some people out there who are kind and generally respectful of others yet there are certain groups out there whose sole aim is to cause malice without any particular reason. Determining who the friends are and who the enemies could potentially be is a tough issue which can be resolved through discussion with the appointed representative.
Again, very nice and idealistic sounding, but did you not just state that the masses must be "controlled" in the first passage? "Controlled" and "freedom" do not exactly go hand in hand - at least not when carried out by one central, supposedly infallible individual. And why can the flock not make their own, collective decision about the differing groups you discuss? Would this not engage them and make them more active, rather than having them sit in stagnation listening to words they have to follow?
Loyalty is a core component to the doctrine of Franzism. The representative of a Franzist society must be respected and followed no matter what the cost and those who turn their back on the teachings of Franzism must be wary of those who take the doctrine to heart. Comradeship must be shown during both good times and bad, especially if the inevitable slide to war occurs. All citizens shall stand side-by-side during conflict, not doing so is a betrayal to your fellow equals who shall protect you with their lives if war occurs. If conflict does occur, those who are wrapped up within it must put the future of Franzism first. Self-interest can be a dangerous thing and cowardice can lead to instability.
Loyalty is important and necessary for stable society - but blind loyalty is dangerous. If the flock merely follows the representative without question as suggested, what is to stop them from being completely annihilated due to the fallibility of the representative? Assuming those in a Franzist society are not able to change their representative as they wish because that would violate their loyalty towards him, then how is that figure truly representative of the flock?
Franzism allows for all denizens under the watchful eye of the appointed representative to engage in trading resources and concepts with reputable people(s) on the grounds that Franzist secrets are not exchanged, for example; military drills, secret plans, bio-nuclear testing and the like. Those who spit in the face of those who provide staggering degree(s) of freedom must be punished appropriately. They must not be allowed to threaten the existence of Franzism.
Who is reputable? Who is not reputable? Does its determination lie solely in the eyes of the Franzist representative or is it determined by some sort of set of laws? And the last two sentences sound authoritarian - a system with some merits, but certainly not "free".
If spread through traditional channels efficiently, Franzism shall help foster in a new Golden Age of honesty and decency.
Please, an example of some alliance where it has dome this, or an alliance where this doctrine is being carried out so this statement may be validated. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Interesting ideas tho.

 7. For One, switch out of peace mode. The longer you are in it the more population happiness it decreases, and citizen income goes down. Furthermore, buy enough soldiers to get them back up to about 20% of the population - that way your population stops rioting and the population happiness minus from that goes away.

 9. Yep. Get trades set up. And, most importantly- MAKE SURE YOUR TAX RATE IS AT 28%. It gives you the max amount of tax collections even tho it pisses off your citizens.
