Also, I personnally think Naon did an amazing job navigating through the obsticles that unfortunately met UN during his reign. ORBIT BLACK DECLARATION OF WAR TOWARDS ROMAN EMPIRE Today, I make it official that Orbit Black has begun a war against the Roman Empire. This is due to the Roman Empire's continued supposed "tech raids" on Orange Juice. While OB has not entered a MADP with OJ this round, we have clearly kept close relationships with this friendly alliance since the MADP from last round. Furthermore, we view the Roman Empire's "tech raids" as an obvious sign of trickery against Orange Juice; a strategy to maintain the position of the war as an unofficial, collected mass of attacks and a way to prolong a full- out retaliation and thus obtain an unfair advantage. This has given the RE such an advantage, that it has allowed them to remain nearly unscathed, while Orange Juice has suffered an enormous loss of 20,000 NS. In addition, I would like to point out that the Roman Empire has assured others in their Declaration of War that the combinition of their power, along with Blackwater's, will be a fairly even match against the United Nation's and Orange Juice's. From what we have seen so far, this statement was obviously mistaken. Besides what I have stated about Orange Juice, the United Nations has also suffered tremendously. During the past 2 days, they have lost 15,000 NS. I'm sure everyone would agree that, clearly, this is not an even match. Taking into the factor of our desire to make this war more fair between the 4 alliances, and our obligations to defend Orange Juice due to our friendly relationship with them, we will openly declare war with the Roman Empire. Meanwhile, I would like to assure Blackwater that we have absolutely no quarrels with them. As I understand it, they have no known, intended pact with the Roman Empire as well. We would like to maintain, in support of the Roman Empire's Declaration of War, a spirit of a non-offensive language use on both sides. Thanks
