How about instead of a Specific "Karma POW" flag you just have a general "POW" flag that is not specific to any bloc. However i think it is a trap all these Karma POWs are gonna just form a Karma POW alliance. im sorry, i dont think an entire bloc of alliances are wrong. it saying something about an alliance if not one, but ALL off your 'friends' step back from the front line. the alliances have to protect themselves first. they have members to think of. not just some fool hearted loyalty to an alliance that pulled a fast one. basicly the NPO put out a hand ready to shake but all that was there for OV was a hand with a shocker toy in it.

Well Judging from the fact that CN follows many of the same paths that the world has. The NPO may still be around, but not at the same strength it is at now. I would like to note this next section is nothing personal, nor is it said with hatred or aggresion.
