1. Here is the deal... We have 5 nations ready to buy. We need a few nations willing to sell. Each of the five seller (you) will purchase one $25 donation towards an assigned buyer (us). The buyers (us) will then send each seller (you) two cycles of 3mil = 30mil each deal. I have not done this in awhile so prices are negotiable... CURRENTLY 5 SLOTS AVAILABLE

If you are concerned about enforcing surrender terms, take it up with Echelon ("do something about it" in language you may understand). That doesn't change that you'd almost definitely be shelling out reps if Echelon was in a position militarily and politically to kick your $@!.
IF Echelon was to be in a position to kick our $@!, might they also be in a position to better maintain their protectorates Wikia. The plane and simple fact is, if Echelon was ran more thoroughly, we would not be in this predicament in the first place. Again, i can not speak for PC government... But if someone was to raid for example Super Robot Pirate Ninjas, which... coincidentally... I raided while in FoB before signing an MDoAP with PC... We were not friends at the times... In fact, the wikia clearly stated the leaders of the alliance were members of PC. We thought to ourselves, how can you lead an alliance while not in said alliance. As such, we talked to the members of SRPN and they agreed to MERGE into FoB. Not just did we raid them, but then we had them switch AA to FoB. Do you know what PC did??? They contacted us, explained the circle jerk of an operation they were running... And after all was said and done, the members who wanted to join us stayed, the few nations who didn't follow remained and PC went over to help fix up what is now SRPN. No reps, a few threats, some allocation of membership and a cordial agreement that mistake was made on both parts. This story might hold less water as I am now in PC, but it is exactly what happened. So as someone said, "If the tides were turned." Now you know what PC did. They handled business like gentlemen. However, had PC come to me and asked for 200kk reps. I would have thought they were bat !@#$ crazy. Though I doubt they would have appealed to the masses of the owf while they clearly had dropped the ball so severely.

Try reading the OP.

I personally do not raid but I do believe in raiding in an extremely controlled environment for training and activity purposes. Echelon didn't try to pull one over on you, this is PC exploiting another situation to your advantage. Just like you did with California. The only reason you get away with the crap that you do is because of your friends. Sadly, I think some maybe right when they say some alliances are turning into the new Hegemony. The one thing that bothered me about WUT and the Toilet Seat is how there was no accountability. That is the same thing I see going on here every time you guys fail to use common sense.
I personally was not there during the California raid, but when the ordeal was explained to me by PC when I joined, the collective conscious about the event was that it was indeed a very poor choice. The new hegemony???? HA, it was 3 raids for less then a full cycle. Asking for 250mil is absolute rubbish. 200mil was right about 200mil more then PC received in reps for the entirety of its war last month. My fellow PC members, who partook in the raid, did ample research and decided the target was safe to hit. When Echelon contacted PC, those members were told and ceased attacks. It was not a malicious act, which you are clearly trying to argue. It was a mistaken raid to which i have no quarrel with insinuation that PC is some what at fault. We most certainly could have handled the situation better. But to accuse us of being the new hegemony or the forming of what will be? Be better then that. It was a mistake... Too look less like the crazy old man of the court blithering nothingness, accuse us of "the same old PC." That would hold more ground because we realize that we have a very poor reputation for our raiding habits. And, it behooves us to try to move past that and recreate our image. We do not wish to be the bullies, however we raid and will continue to do so. This makes our moving past our stereotype difficult. This incidence however, the primary fault is not ours. As such, claims that it was an attack upon a protectorate of an alliance we do not like, is simply ignorant! Had it not been said by a member of the purple sphere, i would have taken it serious.
 5.
Did you miss where PC asked a former member of SBA and not a current member?
Wikia said dissolved and merged, as such would the PAST member not know best? Since the current floaters clearly missed the memo. EDIT, adding-
Nobody was ever trying to hide anything. Anybody can look up the wiki edit histories. Try reading the OP.
Minus the part where you guys tried to pull one over on us. But, we had screenies to back up our claims of attempting to check up on a target. I read the OP and i am trying to show the TRUE portion of the story to which you are so clearly trying to fog.
 6.
You just pointed out that mistake is PC's. Like the point that's been brought up before, VE's new protectorate does not have a Wiki yet; go raid it and then expect not to pay reps? Furthermore, SBA's wiki did show they had a protectorate with Echelon. It was just that it appeared that SBA was disbanded. That was up for a month while Echelon was distracted with this recent war we just had, it's extremely reasonable to double check on a disbandment that happened not so far back. And SBA's NS graph that had a good amount of growth (signifying that people weren't leaving en mass) should have raised some alarm bells. And again, Echelon recognizes the problems that can come with an incorrect wiki, which is why they were willing to go with not just 50% of the damages (which I think is extremely reasonable) but 25% of the damages (which is as you say: token reps): 50 mil. Edits: blarg, grammar
The post was 4 months old... And the wikia clearly stated that the alliance had dissolved and merged into someone. When an alliance merges into another, there are always nations who stay behind... These are the dead weight nations who dont read the pms and or sign on, or are diehards. In any event, we were under the assumption they were as a hole, no more. The problem is that Echelon then went and switched everything and tried to pull one over on us. Thankfully our tech/dork caught the date up the updates. We called them on the shenanigans, and here we are now.
If a person acknowledges that their ally is wrong on a level, and knows a war is stupid, and that person goes to war in support of their ally's actions anyway, then what does that make that person?
An ally to NpO?
 7.
Translation: We raided SBA for the 3rd time because we know Echelon doesn't have the political capital to back it up. Especially when our allies turn a blind eye to our lack of intelligence.
If i recall you do not support raiding of any kind. I am quite sure you once told me it is barbaric. As such, is your opinion not bias on this topic??? Echelon could have just as well not tried to pull one over on us, and your little kitty cat would still be all sandy.
 8. Here is how it is... A few pc nations found a small alliance to raid, its what we do. The first thing a raider ever checks is a nation's bios. While I might not have been a part of the raid, my brethren who did participate in the raid are experienced raiders and I would not doubt whatsoever that the first thing they did before checking the Wikia or any other sources was every bio. I would say with the utmost certainty that there was no mention of protection in any bio until the raids occurred. As offered in the many screenies provided, the wikia also lacked all connection to Echelon. UNTIL after the raids (changed by a Echelon minion) < which is SHENANIGANS When I was ruler of FoB, three echelon nations went rogue on us due to our raiding a NON-aligned nation. During the entire process the rogue nations aided echelon nations as they attacked FoB, these nations were 40k ns, 37k ns, and 25k ns... Echelon had valhalla and baps come in on negotiations and stiff armed FoB into accepting 3mil/50 tech for every nation attacked and immediately allowed the rogues back under their protection, to keep us from ZIing the rogues. Thats right, for the hundreds of millions of dollars of our nations they destroyed we were graciously forced to take a collective 9/150. Echelon are cowards and hypocrites! (note, this was all before FoB singed a protectorate with MK. Though we had over 50 nations and were signed with TI, umc and =we= at the time) In any event, I cant speak for PC but, I personally wont pay a damn cent to echelon or any poor alliance caught under its pathetic net of protection. I do offer my sincere apology to SBA, not for our raid, but for being tied to a joke of an alliance like Echelon. If they (Echelon) had any integrity at all, they would cover all damages to their protectorate due to their mistake and incompetence! The inconsistencies and shenanigans pulled on the wikia and during conversations by Echelon have left a foul taste in my mouth. We will not be dooped! We are more then willing to accept and apologize when we are wrong. While we are also willing to stand up when someone is trying to wrong us. If Echelon has any problems with this... boom boom party starter!
