It looks like dsparil's nation is no longer in existance. He's started a new nation.

I got sigmaknight and london king to sign up for 3A, so we should be close to complete for it! Neither of them have a Harbor though, and I only have 1 available aid slot at the moment. If someone else on the circle wants to send cash so both guys can get Harbors ASAP that'd be awesome.

Been itching to get my circle completed, so I messaged a few people that can finish the circle. Hope they sign up!
