Wait, getting you mixed up with Mongol-Swedes lol. My bad.

But yeah, why are you leaving them?

Because it's dead. I kept flying the AA to keep the tech raiders way (and as a member I could hardly be accused of ghosting) but i've decided it's time to rejoin the ranks of the aligned.

4. At 4 am local time, in a sparsely populated region of the nation, a large blast could be seen by the local farmers already out preparing for the days work. Rumors quickly spread that a large missile had been fired and fears of war began to take hold. These fears were put tom rest at dawn as an unknown man in a white lab coat, who proved to be the star of every morning news broadcast nationwide, explained what had happened, he was Mongolia's 1st Space Advisor and the 'missile' was in fact a large 5 stage rocket blasting the nation's 1st communication satellite into orbit.

5. Official statement from the Office of the President:
The Mongol Federation does not recognize the new gov't in Alaska. While we would like nothing more then to see the freedom of socialism spread to all the workers and peoples on our fine planet, this recent 'revolution' can be described as nothing more then a coup perpetrated by a radical minority. Change was needed but it should of come at the ballot box, not at the end of a gun barrel.

6. The Mongol Federation hereby announces it's gov't.

The closed door meeting had been dragging on for nearly 5 hours as delegates from the 4 Administration Zones had worked to hammer out a development plan in the event that the Independence Referendum was to pass, as was expected. Finally the fax beeped and all eyes turned to the Honored President of the soon to be nation, Melscho, as he retrieved the voting results. Melscho smiled as he read the results, "The referendum has passed with 96.8% in favor and 100% of the vote counted. Delegates, yesterday you were little more then electoral watchdogs, today, with independence approved, you hold high office in a new nation!"
There was a round of happy applause then a Delegate stood to speak, "Honored President, we are truly happy that this has come to pass but," the Delegate looked around the room, locking eyes with each person before moving on, "We must now set to the task of running a nation."

Melscho nodded, the Delegate was Muunokhoi, a man he respected. 1 of the most respected statesmen in Mongol history, he was why the referendum was organized, he is why it gained the popular support that it had and it was his refusal to be anything more then a humble civil servant that had paved the way for his protege, he himself, to rise to the office of Honored President. The referendum had been expected to pas for months before he rose to the top job, so this was no honorary position to be scoffed at. And so his respect for Muunokhoi would surprise nobody but more importantly, at least to him, they were of the same clan. The were blood, ken, family that alone was plenty to establish an unbreakable bond for both of them.

"Of coarse, Delegate," Melscho rested the urge to bow, reminding himself that it would be most inappropriate.

8. I'd like to claim Mongolia for the Mongol Federation, it's been approved by the holders of the protectorate. RP will follow soon, I'll add a link once it's up.

How do I change my War/Peace Preference?
I'm a peaceful nation, but it says that if I remain in that condition for too long, it influenciate negatively my citizens' production.

I wanna change it to a war nation.
Where do I do that?
Wrong forum, this should be in Game Play.

To answer your question, go to 'Edit Nation', look for the 'War Preference' drop down box and change it to 'War is an option.'... If you still can't figure it out, I don't know what to tell you.

OOC: Okay, then give me the name of a town (RL) along our border, I will RP out an incident in which my forces would cross the border to engage a few of your rebel troops, ostensibly with high ideals but technically an invasion, k?
OOC: Sounds good.

OOC: I will not attack within your land as I have no IC cause to do that. If your rebels attack my border posts, i will retaliate, otherwise for all intents and purpose it is your internal RP.
OOC: I understand that, that's why I said RP a minor attack on a relatively important target and then retaliate with a raid on a rebel base of some sort (a radar station maybe?). I just need cause for the rebels to escalate things, you don't need to RP some game changing decisive battle.

I'd do it myself, but I don't know what you have and don't want to RP an attack on a non-existent target.
