  1. "It does not surprise the Kingdom that Greece is willing to generalize the entirety of the Bulgarian population who did nothing except welcome its soldiers with open arms, and gleefully jump to the conclusion that simply because a terrorist group by the name of a 'Liberation Front' exists, the entire population of the region of Bulgaria must obviously support it. And yes, we are dealing with a case of terrorism. Terrorist groups work in such ways, demanding and committing terrors and tragedies to those who would stand against them and their extremism. his group is not a nation, they are not sovereign and perform terrorist acts in their misguided extremism and as such they are a terrorist organization, no ifs or buts about the definition." "Do note, the Kingdom did not declare war on the Bulgarian population, we have set aside extensive supplies and funds from our own stores to assist those affected and will make sure that the extensive damage done by these terrorists be rectified by the Kingdom. We did however declare war on the terrorist organization by the name of the 'Bulgarian Liberation Front' and we will not leave our brothers and sisters to the whims of terrorists who use terror tactics in order to 'accomplish' their goals. This is not the first time that the Kingdom has gone to war with terrorists and criminal factions and it will not be last, that much the Kingdom knows for certain." "The observers in Malta for the most part had to leave due to the situation that occurred in Galicia on the Iberian peninsula, there are still observers present from the Order of Hospitallars, mainly their Chaplains and national police from Malta, I believe. If Malta wishes to return, as from the beginning the offer is always open and present." "In addition, the Kingdom will not respect such a 'No-Fly zone' designated by Greece, simply due to the fact that the Kingdom will need air support in its endeavor to route out these individuals from any possible hidden camps that they may be organizing or have already established in the countryside. Given that Bulgaria is a mountainous region with several peaks and mountains, it makes sense for these terrorists to hide out deep within these areas. However, we shall not be sending designated bomber in the area, simply those of helicopters, drones and aircraft capable of performing the task of Counter Insurgency specifically against members of the Bulgarian Liberation Front. If Greece wishes, they can observe and freely follow the Kingdom's aircraft to ensure that their trajectories and paths do not take them to any heavy population center." "With regards to the cheeky and rather slanderous comments, the Kingdom once more repeats that it has no intention of annexing either Albania or Bulgaria to begin with, only to protect those we see as brothers and sisters. Any intent of either being brought into the fold of the Kingdom is on the onus of the local population living there, and if they wish to formally organize a national government, we shall do what is right and leave the territory while wishing them the best."
  2. "No offense to you, your majesty, but that would be imply that these terrorists were part of the former government. As is, there are no records to indicate that they are, they are simple citizens who believe rightfully in a free Bulgaria which is their right to do, what is not their right is going down the route of a terrorist to the point of killing the innocent civilians. They lost any and all pretense of a concerned citizen when they went about this." "The Kingdom will not leave Bulgaria, and we will certainly not leave with such extremists running around in the region. Our goals in the region are now as follows: Supply the citizenship with all imaginable supplies to affected areas, repair the damage that the terrorists inflicted and get services back up and running for the citizens, and eliminate the Bulgarian Liberation Front due to the threat that they represent to their own citizens in spite of the Kingdom having not used any of the runways or general 'targets' that were aimed. In short, the Bulgarian Liberation Front has done far more to harm their own people on a wider scale than the Kingdom possibly could do to the innocents living in the region."
  3. "As it stands, these 'freedom fighters' are willing to harm their own people if the death toll that were reported from the sites are accurate. The Kingdom has not and shall not negotiate with terrorists, and I do not find it shocking one bit that Greece calls them as if they were the majority when they clearly are not, otherwise the Bulgarian Defense Force would not be receiving the countless enlistment numbers it has." "With regards to support, we did not ask for military support, simply stated that any freely given would be appreciate nonetheless, we did ask if it was possible for financial support to aide those who have lost loved ones or are affected entirely by the actions of these terrorists along with condemnations for their heinous actions."
  4. Private "I will personally arrive in Stuttgart by plane, do expect me to arrive in a few hours." Respectfully, HM Kralj Dragojev Belojevic
  5. Private Dražen Cižek let out a sigh as he walked once more around the halls and passageways of where the League of Nations were hosted by the gracious Kingdom of Malta, it had been several days after his rendezvous with the Northlands and he did not want to remember the meeting for the moment, having bigger issues to contend with as he was let into the League Chambers. He nodded his thanks to the guards in place before striding forward, seeing the King of Malta and various other representatives present. A faint buzzing and the Yugoslavian Councilor took a deep breath, the man taking out his phone and checking his notifications. There was only one text originating from his leader, two words being the message. 'Do it.' Dražen exhaled before nodding to himself, the Councilor getting into his usual groove before resuming his stride. Once he had reached the King, "Excuse me, your majesty, but I have news to inform of you," he said and waited a few seconds for the monarch to respond before continuing on, "I am serving notice to the League of Nations that the Kingdom of Yugoslavia has declared war on the terrorist group known as the Bulgarian Liberation Front. These terrorists have killed countless innocent Bulgarians and harmed just as many, so far the Kingdom has reports of one hundred of its soldiers having died at an apparent organized attack at the dead of night in several locations." "The Kingdom would appreciate any and all assistance in its endeavor to seek an end to the Bulgarian Liberation Front but will not ask for military support from the League, all that we will ask is condemnations of the actions that the terrorist group have taken and financial support to aid those in the region negatively affected by them."
  6. Private In the heart of Beograd, the White City of the Serbs, Beli Dvor "How many died?" asked the Sovereign of Yugoslavia, his voice dead and flat as he stared at his Great Council sans his D, Generals and Admirals who kept silent, minutes rolling on by as the Kralj visibly became more and more enraged before General Ljubiša Diković, the Chief-of-Staff of the Kingdom's forces could take no more. "Reports indicate that a good hundred men and women of our soldiers were killed in the attacks across the territory, your majesty," he finally revealed to his Kralj, hoping to at the least soothe the building rage that all could see but to no avail as he rose from his seat, slamming his hands on the conference table in fury as he breathe in deeply. Dragojev Belojevic had been once an idealist, but the reality that kept surrounding him had finally broken him down, the very notion of the past decade simply drove the point home and broke what he used to believe and hold dear. The ideal of peace in Europe, stability, the territory and regions of Europe having their own proper national governments had been slowly eroded by the reality that his fellows did not care for it. In the end, everyone around him lied and looked for number one and to hell with everyone else. "Who were they?" he managed to ask through his rage, the General hesitating for a bit before nodding, taking a folder out and started to recite the name, rank and age of all who had laid down their lives for their ungrateful fellows in Bulgaria. Each name served only to fill him with anguish, feeling the pain of a life lost, never to be recovered and he could only imagine what the loved ones would feel like once they were informed of their passing. A flash of remembrance made him falter once the one hundred name had passed the lips from his General, "Civilian casualties? What about civilian casualties?!" he muttered at first before yelling the question. Ljubiša blinked, opening his mouth to answer before silently closing it, the Kingdom's Chief-of-Staff turned his gaze towards the table and simply stared at it, a frown on his face. It was one thing for his soldiers to die for the Kingdom, it was an all together thing to have had civilians in the crossfire before he gritted his teeth, leaning against the table as he growled, "How many?" "Several dozen close to a hundred and fifty were injured in total, good tidings on their overall recovery from what I've heard. There were however, fatalities, quite a good number of them, my Kralj," said Bako Lompar, rifling through various reports and documents. Dragojev blinked, with the sheer damaged that they had inflicted, there was no way that these upstart terrorists had managed to gain their weaponry through raiding army bases. There would still be soldiers due to the regional government of the territory pitching in to ensure that outlaws didn't have access to such stores. That would mean one thing, they were being supplied and the good Sovereign of Yugoslavia had suspicions that it was their southern neighbor if the baseless accusations and slander coming from them at the onset of this situation was anything to go by. However he had no substantial proof, no concrete evidence of this and had to treat it accordingly. In other words, start searching for clues and evidence to link his current hypothesis. If the Hellenic Republic was not the ones supplying the terrorist group, and it was someone else entirely, then he would have a whole different ball game on his hand. Regardless, it was time to take action. The young King rose to his full height, "We go to war," he said grimly as he glared at anyone to dare in opposing his will. [hr] Private Sofia, Bulgaria Leon Broz was a man of simple tastes, a sharp contrast to those of his grandfather but one that had served him just as well in his eyes. It did not however help any with his task of personally checking each man and woman that had been slain by the cowardly terrorists, most if not all having fled the scene before reinforcements could come in full but the damage had been done. Men and women he was supposed to protect had been killed under his watch. Unlike his siblings, he had not married and did not see that changing anytime soon. He knew that he had a kid or two running around back in the Kingdom, he knew that much, a man had needs and so did women leading to their births. Leon Broz was not a good father, that much he also knew but informing families of their loved ones passing never made it easy. General-major Broz was an unrepentant ass, self-admittedly, but the passing of loved ones and informing their families always never failed to put a burden on his shoulders. Guilt and self-loathing at not having done better in protecting the same brothers and sisters the Kingdom was here to protect, brave men and women that had fallen under his command. He also knew that he would made the !@#$%^&* pay for their cowardly act, he would take his chunk of flesh and make their lives a hell before passing them forward to his Kralj, knowing very well that his Sovereign would do worse at the ones who took away lives from the Kingdom as he unrolled a map already pinned with the sites of each attack. Bulgaria was a mountainous region and the presence of the Balkan mountains would naturally aid the terrorist group if they ever dared to think of establishing themselves there, but it was clear to all that the group dared and more so once the runways were repaired, he would ensure that the Balkan mountains were free from their presence if they were there, come hell or high water. That was a promise. [hr] The Kingdom of Yugoslavia declares war on the Bulgarian Liberation Front! Issue 14.Y1 October 14 20XX The Sovereign of the Kingdom, Kralj Dragojev Belojevic, formally announced an official state of war with the terrorist group known as the Bulgarian Liberation Front for the deaths of a reported one hundred brave men and women who served in the Kingdom's military in addition to the deaths of innocent Bulgarian citizens. The Kingdom fully expects to step forward and repair the incomprehensible damage to the infrastructure that the terrorist group wrought and claimed to have done. "It brings me no joy to send reinforcements, brave they are, to assist and help our brothers and sisters in the region of Bulgaria to curb the evil of the Bulgarian Liberation Front. This so called 'freedom force' were the ones who extinguished the lives of their own brothers and sisters, innocents in this, simply because they were using the facilities that they targeted. Many a good family will not be able to cherish the return of loved ones back home, instead they will have to grieve and deal with the loss of their pain, their loved ones raptured from them at the hands of extremists who hold no love, only hate in their bosom," the Kralj stated before answering more questions during the press conference. [hr] Private Bulgaria The military arm of the Kingdom had been ready ever since the whole tension with their ally Alvonia and other states in northern Europe, so mobilizing reinforcements in addition to supplies and vehicles had been relatively easy and in just two hours, the military convoy were enroute towards Sofia along with sufficient equipment to repair the damaged infrastructure. Once they reached Sofia, the equipment to repair the damage would be divided into three, with each piece heading to the other two administrative regional capitals of Stara Zagora and Shumen. The military of the Kingdom had been advised that the best way to ensure that the people they were protecting felt safer was to win their hearts and minds, as it was clear to the Kingdom that the extremists in the Bulgarian Defense Force would do whatever it took to hamper the Kingdom's desire to protect the region even at the cost of their own. As such, the Kingdom would increase funding towards the region. Water, medical supplies, foodstuffs and portable generators would arrive in bigger quantities to those who needed it especially in affected areas such as the former capital of Sofia with the destruction of the Iskar Dam, leaving two-thirds of the of the entire city without water and electricity. Hospitals, police stations, pharmacies and grocery stores would be made priorities in terms of electricity and water, with hospitals receiving a heavy-duty generator if they did not possess one. For the sake of making things easier on their brethren, the Kingdom would foot the bill completely for the fuel the generators would be essentially guzzling down, including all buildings that already had generators in place as fuel would most likely skyrocket in the region from the very threat of the terrorist group. The previous trickle to the Bulgarian Defense Force became a powerful stream once news had reached the cities that innocents had been killed in the terrorist attacks, the already enlisted forces were three-quarters to being fully trained under the watchful eye of the Kingdom's military. It would only take a week or more so they could function as police at the very least which would relieve the work load of law and order off the soldiers, with several more weeks so they could perform at the level of a professional soldier from the Kingdom. Taking into consideration the flat out sudden attack that the group had performed, the Kingdom's Intelligence department started going through their records and tapping only the ones who would be seen as loyal and trustworthy to the goals of a safe and prosperous Bulgaria, be it under the Kingdom's protection or within the Kingdom. To this end, nondescript agents would tap several citizens in all cities under their de-facto control, establishing make-shift independent cells that would have severe procedures and rules to prevent them from being found out. To ensure that this was successful, the Intelligence agency would target only citizens that had a glancing knowledge of each other in each cell, making casual visits and get-togethers not all out of the norm. To drive the point further, each cell knew that if they failed and were found out, more catastrophic damage done by the hands of the terrorist group would follow, aimed at them and any family members in retaliation. In addition, the Kingdom would divert one carrier strike group, orders having it part from the others that patrolled the Adriatic and Ionian Seas for piracy. This particular carrier strike group had orders to sail towards the Black Sea. In addition to those orders, they established patrols of ORUiKM's for the overall safety of the group in general along with potential orders that if the Hellenic Republic barred them entry to the Black sea, that they were to sit tight and call the Kingdom of their denied entry.
  7. Private Dragojev would quirk an eyebrow, the Sovereign of Yugoslavia nodding before taking a sip of his own drink, "I do believe it is the right time, your majesty, and I will be candid in turn. I am grateful for the veritable tree of a diplomatic 'branch' you have given to me and the Kingdom and I sincerely appreciate the gesture."
  8. Private Dražen quirked an eyebrow before taking a long deep pull his beverage, the Councilor pondering on the answer to such a question before nodding, "While the Kingdom itself has never had official contact with the member states of the Nordic Hammer, it does have concerns with regards to the expansion of the Northlands into the Mediterranean and the whole tension that I do believe still exists between our ally in Alvonia and the Nordisk Rike."
  9. Private With the updated information, the jet where the good Doctor was in would continue flying towards the Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Upon its arrival, the good Doctor exited the aircraft, quite comfortable as he and his entourage went through the usual procedures for entering an airport, which were done without much fanfare. With said procedures done and over with, the representative of the Kingdom and his entourage swiftly headed for the airport exit, intent on heading towards the provided location by the gracious Nordic state.
  10. Private Dražen was a pragmatic man, cynical at times and had been rightfully accused of holding hope for the ideals of his Sovereign. Thus, if the experienced man didn't know any better he would have called the scenery beautiful but alas, he did know better. From rumors and whispers, the Northlands seemingly thought of itself as a Mediterranean nation instead of a North Sea nation like its other fellows. How deluded the government was to think of itself as a Mediterranean nation when a good majority of its mainland was not in the Mediterranean but in Northern Europe? He himself did not know as to the specific reasons why the Northlands; ironic in name that they now were, would call themselves a Mediterranean nation when they only possessed Mediterranean holdings far from their mainland. It also perplexed him as to why a Dutch nation would try to annex land in the Iberian, the cultures and languages were two entirely different things last he checked. Not unless the people living within the Iberian had suddenly developed a $%&@ed up flipper baby of a hybrid language and culture between the two before the Northlands had annexed that portion of land. The Councilor did know that it was a possible threat, good public relations the Northlands may have had, they were still in the Nordic Hammer and tensions were still there between Nordisk Rike and his ally in Alvonia. Regardless, the Councilor would smile widely at the Minister, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Minister Timmermans," he said in return before fully introducing himself, "I am Councilor Dražen, the Councilor in charge of the Kingdom's Foreign Affairs. I also wish to state that we appreciate the offer and branch that the Northlands has extended in kind."
  11. I honestly see no problem with a rule that dictates the ability of possessing said nukes, not actively having them to begin with in being converted for points to use in the RP. I would also support such a measure because while most nations currently in the RP are not fighting or are in effectively neutral alliances, a few others are effectively being punished by being at war IG. Thankfully, the stat saving will fix most of the issue after the current war is done and over with and people rebuild their nations IG and can screenshot and thus save their stats for the duration of the conflict. Personally, it does not really particularly solve the issue of IG wars, and I think outside of that there needs to be a discussion on IG CN wars and its effect on the RP as a whole.
  12. For the record, one GM does not mean the entire team. GM's are always discussing things as elaborated earlier, Mael.
  13. Private Dragojev nods, having observed the King of Malta perform and listened to all as he put the glasses and ear protectors in place, the Sovereign of Yugoslavia kept his shotgun pointing down as he walked to the firing line, the sensation of having a shotgun once more in his hands driving an almost unnoticeable shiver down his back. The motion of sliding two shells over and under the shotgun being extremely familiar, memories of past times before Yugoslavia was a state once more in the world stage rising momentarily as he yells pull. Seeing as it was his first time with the sport, a single pigeon rose up over the grass at a slow pace, the Sovereign rapidly raising his shotgun and aiming just ahead of the pigeon and pulling the trigger, the clay pigeon blowing to pieces. "An interesting sport, I'll admit," he confesses as he takes a step back, lowering his shotgun with its barrel pointed down.
  14. Private "The Kingdom will be tasking Dr. Dušan Crnogorčević to be the representative of the Kingdom to the state of Nordisk Rike. He shall be traveling in two days time and will be accompanied with an aide to assist him." Respectfully, Kralj Dragojev Belojevic [hr] Private "I wish things were otherwise, Doctor, but alas life tends to be that way," said the Sovereign of Yugoslavia as he stood in front of the good doctor and his aide, the duo standing in front of the small stairs that would lead them to their private jet for the remainder of the trip. "Nonsense, old boy," chided the elderly gentleman before smiling at his old student, "I'm just happy to be of assistance, given my experience and knowledge of the Nordic states," he added as he clasped his hands, holding his briefcase close. "Just be careful, Doctor, the world as it stands is a dangerous one these days," warned Dragojev before taking several steps back, "And give my regards to the Nordic state, whoever you meet," he added after a second as the duo slowly climbed into the jet, his former diplomatic teacher nodding once before fully disappearing into the jet, attendants closing and sealing it before the Sovereign stepped clear of the jet, giving it a wide berth as he stayed to see them off.
  15. Private Dražen smiled widely, "I do believe that a proper exchange on the Kingdom's part regarding goods and its exports towards the Russian state will help towards improving relations further between our two states. Regarding preferential pricing on oil, I do believe I can discuss with my trade oriented colleague to help establish the same with the Kingdom's energy resources of oil and gas to Russia." The Serb took a small pause, taking a sip of his drink to further calm his nerves and relaxing him, settling into his usual nature as the Councilor. "Regarding piracy within the Black Sea, the Kingdom will do its best to provide ample support and ships to the endeavor but that by itself shall have to wait till the issue in Bulgaria is concluded and there are no tensions between the Kingdom and the Hellenic Republic. I do imagine it would be poor form to promise various things when the situation at hand shows otherwise, Comrade."
  16. *dons GM Hat* With regards to the ARES satellite network manned by Maelstrom, the GM's have agreed to the following: For Maelstrom to use his satellite network, he shall have to ask for a standard spy roll with an additional penalty of 1-50% to represent earth and space weather interference, this said weather shall be included in the spy roll request by Maelstrom. That is all.
  17. I think roughly about half of them or so.
  18. Private Dragojev blinked at the sight of the shotgun, his initials clearly engraved on the stock of the firearm as he picked it up from the table, slowly inspecting it safely with the barrel of the gun pointed down to the ground, "It's a fine shotgun, your majesty," he finally found the words to say before smiling at the fellow monarch. It was such a vast difference from what he certainly expected, his three bodyguards had been driven to hilarious fear as the Maltese King's cousin had driven them to the country estate, while he had a blast from the thrill of the drive. To even let the security of a foreign king's to secure and guard the head of state and his family, it was effectively giving themselves as hostages had he been a more malevolent-minded person but he recognized the branch, more or less the giant three that the King of Malta had chopped down and thrown his way. It certainly raised his mood and if the King of Malta was like this, he could easily see something being established between the two kingdoms but first was the more important matter at hand. "I've never played this sport before, your majesty, but I've been made aware of how the sport is played relatively," he added as he gazed at the range, taking the scenery in as he waited for a reply from the Maltese King.
  19. Private "The fuck is skeet shooting?" the Sovereign of Yugoslavia asked to a particularly room filled with the rest of his Councilors, not even hours after Dražen had departed for the meeting with the Northlands, the only response he got from his Great Council being of blinking and silence before someone piped up, "It's a sport where you take a shotgun and fire at clay disks mechanically flung into the air," chimed in Sonja before blushing as all gazed at her. "No, I don't want to know why you know this sport but give me the rundown if I'm going to be in this with the King of Malta." [hr] Private Day Later Dragojev Belojevic stood tall as he exited the plane that had transported him and his entourage safely to the Kingdom of Malta, he felt the particular beacon disguised as a molar with the tip of his tongue, having been able to pass through without any metal detectors going off. The incident with the former nation of Sparta had certainly taught him a lot of things, being prepared to the extreme was one of them as he was escorted off the airport and towards where the King's private skeet shooting range was located in.
  20. Private "The Kingdom is pleased to hear it and will be preparing its diplomatic team to depart soon." Respectfully, Kralj Dragojev Belojevic [hr] Private Two days later "I don't think I have to repeat it, Dražen, but all that is righteous and holy, do not $%&@ this one up," ordered Dragojev as he glared at the man in question, who quickly adopted a hurt look. "You mean moi? Why, I'm hurt that you think so low of me, boss," he lamented rather lamely before snorting, "Give me some credit, boss, I know what's at stake considering the current issues that are flaring up in Europe. First the Nordic Hammer's aggressive posturing from the Nordisk Rike, that Scandinavian country, the Nordic Hammer effectively attempting to move into the Mediterranean by proxy of the Northlands doing their best to annex Andalusia and the whole broohaha with the Hellenes accusing us without proof over Bulgaria," he answered before letting out a sigh. "You have my word that I'll be working on ensuring that relations are positive with the Northlands and their reasons for annexing Andalusia. In the meantime, I've prepared documents for the hopeful meeting with Malta after this particular shindig is done and over with, boss," he added while grinning like a loon. "Somehow, that grin fills me with dread," deadpanned Dragojev as he stared at his Councilor, a few seconds passing in silence before he nodded at Dražen, "I'll leave you to your work," he said as he turned to leave, "Be safe, Dražen." [hr] The diplomatic entourage consisting of the Kingdom's Councilor of Foreign Affairs, the designated diplomat to the Northlands and aides would be enroute to Mahon, Menorca by plane, shortly touching down into the island itself after two and a half hours of flight.
  21. Private "The Kingdom humbly requests a meeting between our two countries to discuss the movement forward of our relations, taking into consideration the positive work that has bloomed from input and effort by our two kingdoms in the League of Nations. We also request if it's possible to establish an Embassy within the Kingdom of Malta. We hope that good relations and tidings continue flourishing between our two great countries." Respectfully, Kralj Dragojev Belojevic
  22. Private Dražen nodded at the words of the Foreign Commissar, "While understandable, the Kingdom of Yugoslavia has no presence within the Black Sea due to the primary fact that the Kingdom possesses no port on the coast of the Black Sea, Comrade," he answered before taking another sip of his brandy. "However, we would be more than willing to lending our support regardless in ensuring that the Black Sea remains free from piracy. Now, seeing as we're talking about seas and shipping lanes, I was wondering what Russia had in mind for trade and commerce with the Kingdom, Comrade."
  23. Private "Now gentlemen, seeing as the Kingdom is an active member of the League of Nations, would it be acceptable to have forces from the League act as border monitors and publicly report on any foreign troop movement on either side?"
  24. Private "The Kingdom would be willing to attend in this meeting and would it be possible for the meeting to be scheduled within five day's time?" Respectfully, Kralj Dragojev Belojevic
  25. Private With former Bulgaria divided into three administered regions with each division headquartering themselves in a main city, West being headquartered in the former Capital city of Sofia, Central being headquartered in Stara Zagora, and East being headquartered in Shumen. Former Bulgaria was never a part of the previous incarnation of Yugoslavia but it was indeed neighbors with one another, albeit with two differing directions in some regard. Thus, there would naturally be opposition to the protection of former Bulgaria by Kingdom forces once the emergency services and governmental services were restored and back in working order. The Divisions had marked out on a map the new administrative divisions for the region once all was set and done, using the old world divisions when former Bulgaria still used Oblasts and was a communist nation. The Western section of the region would have the Oblasts of Mihailovgrad (Compromising of Montana, Vidin, Vratsa), Sofia City and Sofia (Compromising of Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Sofia), the Center section of the region would have the Oblasts of Lovech (Compromising of Gabrovo, Lovech, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo), Plovdiv (Compromising of Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan), and Haskovo (Compromising of Haskovo, Kardzhali, Stara Zagora), while the Eastern section of the region would have the Oblasts of Razgrad (Compromising of Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte), Varna (Compromising of Dobrich, Shumen, Varna) and Burgas (Compromising of Burgas, Sliven, Yambol.) With the region formally being administered in this way, the Divisions would then proceed to secure the major roads, bridges, tolls, key mountain paths, causeways, any rivers going through any city, highways and railroad tracks/stations horizontal and north to the regional capital of Center Bulgaria. The Divisions would establish outposts in the major key-points in each road, highway and railroad stations to keep them safe from bandits or outlaws, along with ensuring that each administrative capital possessed concrete and solid lines of communication and support between themselves, their outposts and to the Kingdom who kept sending supplies that their forces and citizens they were protecting would need. In each outpost, ten to fifteen soldiers would be posted, the outpost itself having ample ammunition, a radio and telephone connected to communicate or call for reinforcements or any other issue along with two IFV's and an armored car stationed in each outpost. In totality, about ten thousand of each division were assigned to outposts in their respective sections of Bulgaria, leaving the cities to be defended by the remainder of the divisions, continuing to firmly entrenching themselves in the respective regional capitals and cities. Any citizens that was in possession of modern weaponry was allowed to keep them without much fanfare as long as they were properly registered at the nearest Yugoslavian Military post, to ensure ease of categorization and tracking and if they wished to enlist in the Kingdom's recently created Bulgarian Defense Force, they could do so and be trained by the very soldiers that were defending them in order to become a defender of their homeland. A good majority of each city supported the move by the Kingdom, simply because they finally had protectors and local protectors defending their homes from potential buzzards from taking advantage as a trickle of citizens in each city enlisted into the Bulgarian Defense Force. [hr] Private Yugoslavian HQ, Sofia, Bulgaria All was silent in the room, soldiers standing ram rod straight as they all waited for their commander to speak, the man glaring at the crowd before with intense hatred and rage on the stage that he stood upon. "Hours ago," he began as he paced on the stage, his look of hatred having seem managed yet the glare remained, his gaze upon the men and women before him, "I received a personal call from the one we call His Majesty." Eyes widened. "Yes, our Kralj personally called me about a matter that he was made aware of by one of his Council members, an issue regarding accusations of abuse and aggressive acts upon the local populace by our forces," he continued on, the audience silent as more eyes widened at the revelation, "Thankfully, the Kingdom itself has not received such a report and has been concluded as baseless conjecture by the Hellenic Republic but His Majesty wanted my personal assurance that such things were to never happen under his rule."" He barked out, emphasizing the word 'never' as he glared at the brave men and women of the Kingdom's military. "If I hear but a peep of one our boys and girls doing anything unprofessional, doing abuse or aggressive acts upon any citizen of this region, I will personally make their lives a living hell on this earth. Is that understood?" "Yes, General-major Broz, Sir!" A savage grin appeared on Leon Broz's face, the overall commander of the Kingdom's forces in the protection of the region, "Good, now remember that observers from Malta are due to arrive soon, so be professional at all times, dismissed."
