Tech Scammer Old Countriki has scammed a few tech buyers, including me, out of tech.(Check my aid history) Therefore. the lesson needs to be learned. Don't scam Umbrella buyers. Personally, he has been pmed multiple times reminding that he owes tech. He sees the message, but doesn't want to respond. Therefore a 3 day ultimatum was made that expired today. I want whoever attacks him to cripple him completely by putting him in bill-lock. Money: Once war is declared, I will sent 6mil immediately. Then 6mil two times after that. If for some reason the war goes over 18mil in costs, I will pay additional, so you come our profiting. I don't foresee it costing more than 18mil though, since Old Countriki has a small NS.

How dependent is GRL to nation population? I am wondering because I lost around 3,000 citizens when the GRL rose close to (5). I checked my events, my tech and infra stayed the same, no team proposals affecting pop no recent wonders/improvement, resources stayed the same 0 crime index/no criminals. Actually I decommissioned my border walls, and still lost population. I do remember my population diving during the last war I remember, Karma War, but I didn't think I lost proportionally that many citizens.

Since football started a few weeks ago I thought about betting on the teams that would win. So my question is, can I bet CN Money on the outcome of football games between me and another nation. For instance, The game between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks Nation A bets 6mil (in-game money) that the Broncos will win the game. Nation B bets 6mil (in-game money) that the Seahawks will win the game. We all know the Seahawks won the game so Nation A owes Nation B 6mil. To summarize, can I use CN money to bet on real life events? Also for the Superbowl, to up the stakes for the big game, could I bet on a nuclear attack? For example, The nation that picked the losing team in the Superbowl would get nuked once by the nation that picked the winning team.
