  1. Ah, I have not been too involved in CN since '06 (when I orgininally started), until some months ago when I returned. I haven't heard of the thread until now, thank you. As for NPO offer of terms, I still don't see an announcement of any kind. I of course could be mistaken, but I don't believe NPO has or will any time soon, offer suddender terms.
  2. Perhaps you have posted the wrong URL. I don't see an 'official' offer of terms. That thread started in '07.
  3. Actually, that would be great. I like to stay as best informed as I can. Much appreciated.
  4. Oviously I can not speak for any alliance, but I would say thats highly unlikely. This war is far, far from over.
  5. Alright, I genuinely understand your position. *With a smirk* And yes, I'm certain this has been talked about many times already and will continue to be talked about. It is my hope that having a healthy discussion can bring more communication and with it understanding. I'm happy we can agree to disagree with mutual respect, as apposed to flaming (which only leads to highened tentions and ignorance to anothers view).
  6. I agree. Not sure where I said it. I have my money on: Karma vs NPO (and allies) for the rest of CN and The Second Patriotic War for within the NPO.
  7. I see. It's nice to see you being so involved with NPO's govt. It may seem a little sad, but you may very well have more insights into Moo's thoughts than I. Although, it can't be expected for him to divide his attention to so many.
  8. I think this is getting off topic. (The surrender terms offered by Karma) But I'll bite. First, what am I to give up. I'm confused as to what you think my objective is. And as you can clearly see, I'm not Moo. As I said, the terms were "outrageous, in my opinion." (see earlier post). I refuse to bicker over individual views on this subject. It is my understand that a certain member (forgot his name, and too late/early to look it up (I have been awake for some time now)), admitted to accepting the information that you are referring to. Acceptance of such information, even if not aquired through your own direct means, is still an act of war. As for Moo's statement, I'm not in a position to question or discuse my Emperors intentions. I know that may seem like a cop out, but I try my best not to dectate what others say. Atleast without them being present. --- I realise that my typing is starting to get a little, bad. Again it's late/early, but I'll stay around as long as I can. That is of course if people are still interesed in talking.
  9. I do not deny that the mojority of CN does indeed view NPO in this manor. We are the 'bad guys'. I feel rather insulted by this. Those that called us 'the bad guys' are unable to see multiple points of view. They don't take the time to understand and relate. Did all of the CN scum just, by chance, happen to join the same alliance? Come now, I would hope that any reasonable person can understand that every alliance is working for it's best interests. Just as any nation in RL works towards the same. If you will not give serious thought into why an alliance acts they way it does, or why someone chooses to do what they do. How do you expect to not only establish deplomatic relations, but also negociate treaties and such. In short: Don't judge someone, before knowing someone. A little respect goes a long way.
  10. I'm unaware if you have read the IRC logs. The terms Karma was asking to be agreed upon were quite outrageous, in my opinion. As for the DoW. I don't believe the NPO is the sole alliance to consider spying as an act of war. Therefore it is my understanding that OV initiated the conflict, of which the NPO defended itself as any soviegn alliance would.
  11. You do make some valid arguements. Ofcourse, I disagree and therefore a debate is useless. I merely wanted to point out the wide range of terms Karma has set forward. And that if the first negotiations were conducted differently, there could have been some very different results. I'd like it if you didn't stereotype the NPO like that. If you could do that for me, I would be much appreciated.
  12. I want to state that I have opted to refrain from responding to lcdt94's posts, I find your words distasteful. I encourage others to do that same, if they wish to avoid a senseless agruement.
  13. I agree in large part with you. I find it slightly humorous that if Karma would have offered such 'generious' terms at the start, this entire war could have been prevented. But that is niether here nor there. That past is in the past. Besides, this war has been brewing for some time. I dought most would disagree that many in Karma have harbored ill will towards the NPO and have been unwilling to put the past aside and attempt to establish renewed relations.
  14. Those I serve, the brothers that share the blood I have shed, they are special, they are the heroes of this war. And the men that have remained true to themselves and thier word deserve to be shown respect. (On both sides) Karma has established it's own name. If any alliance would prefer to be acknowledged separatly, I can honor that request.
