Ok thanks, kind of confused at the new forums but then I realized its all the same

After a month of terror and chaos, the Talpanesse citizens have successfully turned away a Russian imperialistic regime. Approximately 3 months ago, Talpan, under the leadership of President Jimmy Chang, was taken over by Russian forces. Talpan, unusually weak at the time, was forced to surrender. Fortunately, Jimmy escaped to a secret bunker around Attu Island, Alaska, where he planned his revenge. On February 20th, 2010, Talpanesse citizens attacked Moscow and demanded independence. Weak from an ongoing war, Russia had no choice but to grant freedom to Talpan. Celebration began a few hours later. Jimmy Chang, now a war hero, returned via private jet to Ashunsion, where he declared it the new capital of New Talpan, since Solio City was nuked by Russian forces months ago. As New Talpan sells itself to a new alliance, the Jimmy would like to let the public know about him A little info on Jimmy: Former alliance member of the =Western Empire=, alliance member of Federation of Buccaneers, and joined a smaller, now defunct alliance after words. Talpan was about 200 days old when Russian forces came in, so he knows the system. Viva New Talpan!

The war may be dying down now. The powerhouse of the red team is falling, and now it is a race to the top. But why would you even WANT to be at the top after you saw what happened with NPO? Many alliances small alliances have been obliterated by the war or are thriving on success My main question is, Which size of alliance would you rather be in? Can you explain why? note: This poll may be biased since there are more alliance members who are in larger alliances

Rumors Cease, Life back to Normal Solio City- Earlier today, Talpanesse government officials declared a return to 'state of peace' and stated that all war threats have ceased. President Jimmy Chang remarked "Paul [Creighton] has been meeting with ambassadors in the past two weeks...His meetings are going well...Many agreements have been made, as well as a solid technology trading partner with a nation of the New Pacific Order." Oddly enough, Chang has never been an outright supporter of the NpO, which makes his actions of creating a tech deal with one of their nations questionable. Chang has agreed to a special interview in June. The reason causing the session of peace may be partly because of the massives storms which caused major flooding in Resyl and Platsben. Aid has been sent to the needy.

Welcome to the wonderful world of CN. Or Planet Bob, which ever you want to call it. Maybe you have or have not read that there is plenty of wars going on in the CN world. Many alliances may need your help with technology. You see, when you first start your nation, technology is cheap. However, older nations technology is very expensive, which is why they are more than willing to send you 3 million for 100 tech or 1.5 million for 50 tech. This is an easy way to make money fast, and it makes both sides happy. Once you think you have enough money built up you can start to really build up your nation. For me, I am continuesly doing tech deals, but i am updgrading my nation as i go. Thats just my preference. Good luck in the future, and good luck in your alliance search. Generals, War Department Prepare for Random Attacks Earlier today, widespread rumers of an upcoming war passed through the Talpanesse Intillegence Agency (T.I.A.), causing widespread panic throughout the offices of the agency. Spokesperson Wesely Jones stated that with Talpans size and strength, war seems unlikely to come. Many northern cities, like Resyl and Platsben seem unfazed by the war speculations. Representive Chad Reich stated "With all of the industrial rescources we have recieived in the past few weeks, we should not be concerned. Our main priority is to keep our civilians safe, and our border gaurds are doing just that" Southern Cities, such as the capital of Talpan, Solio City, turned into pure chaos as the rumors of war leaked out onto the streets. Solio City's geographical position makes it a prime target for incoming air raids. Troops had to be pulled in to stop the soon-to-be-riot. Civilian Anna Queens wondered why somebody could just delclare war on Talpan. "It just seems crazy, If they want something from us, then why don't they just ask first." Preisdent Jimmy Chang, who was in a meeting with Secretary of State Paul Creighton at the time, was informed of the impending attacks. Chang was reported to quickly move of his meeting to contact the Deparment of War and moving the peace time levels of DEFCON 5 to DEFCON 1. A presidental address later followed, with Chang stating 'This could or could not be the next great war. We will just have to wait and see' All residents in Southern Solio City were temporarliy moved to bomb shelters. No word has been passed if the residents have been cleared to go back to their homes. In the case of war, Talpan announced that it would take commands from thier alliance, the Western Empire. Troo

This is just a thought,(its hard to explain) but i think this war is getting to the point that people are thinking that other people are going to start it, and they are just going to join in. Well, if thats what everyone is thinking, the Cyberverse is going to be in a huge stale mate with itself since everybody is thinking that somebody will start the war Anybody get what I'm saying?
