  3. The Ravyns seem right for u. We have active members, and are small yet strong, we have 55 members and over 930,000 NS. Goverment positions are voted on every 90 days s if u are a productive member u can get a government spot very quickly (this is only for th3 5 top government spots, u can get other ones even quicker!!) We are a mainly black alliance but we have members of every color.

The Ravyns is founded upon three key principles that all members are bound to follow, by pain of expulsion. § Honor – Members of the Ravyns are obligated to uphold her honor by behaving in an honorable manner and putting the prosperity and success of the Ravyns ahead of their own nations. § Respect – Members must show the utmost respect to their fellow associates and superiors, as well as those outside of the Ravyns, be it upon the open world forums or foreign dignitaries. § Commitment – All members of the Ravyns, be they associates or governmental members, are required to work towards her bettering and prosperity. B. The actions of The Ravyns in the world of Cyber Nations are regulated by the Rules of Engagement, a document equal in legitimacy to the Capo Di Tutti Capi. II. Membership A. To become a member of The Ravyns, one must not be involved in any wars or a target of a foreign alliance and one must pledge their nation to the good of The Ravyns. B. To resign from The Ravyns, one must post a resignation in the Ravyns Discussion forum. Resignations during war time will not be accepted and insubordination will be considered desertion: an offense punishable by the Rules of Engagement. C. Accepted members not in government will be known as Associates. D. Members seeking to be elected to government must be a member in good standing and follow the prescribed election procedure outlined in Article V. III. Membership Body A. The Associates together form the body of general membership. B. They have the right to i. Vote for members to represent them in the Ravyns Council. ii. Submit Amendments to the Charter and Rules of Engagement for vote. iii. Appeal their government in a respectful manner. C. All Associates are required to be available for war. IV. Governing Body A. The Don: The representative leader of the alliance. The Don has power of appointment in case of vacancy in government. Duties include representing The Ravyns in foreign discussions, leading government discussion, appointing Consigliere and assuming responsibility for the direction and well being of the alliance. B. The Trafficker: The Boss of recruiting new members, aiding them in joining the alliance and mentoring new nations. The Trafficker and their Headhunters are responsible for maintaining the body size of The Ravyns, auditing nations and proctoring examinations of new members. C. The Warlord: The Boss of war and finances. The Warlord and their Kingpins are responsible for managing the conduction of tech deals, nation development and trade circles. In times of peace, the Warlord is also responsible for maintaining our standing army and in war, leading the forces in battle and support through aid. D. The Front: The Boss of foreign relations, announcements and relations. The Front and their Diplomats are responsible for maintaining a presence in the Cyber Nations community, allied and non-allied alliances’ channels of communication, pursuing new friendships and maintaining old ones. E. The Executive: The Boss of internal affairs. The Executive and their Henchmen are responsible for the management of our forums and channels of communication, accessibility to information and hosting foreign diplomats. F. The Consigliere: Advisors to The Ravyns government, consisting of retired government members and/or inactive respected members. V. The Ravyns Council A. The Ravyns Council is comprised of the five members of government: The Don, The Trafficker, The Warlord, The Front and The Executive. B. Treaties, Legislation and Declarations of War require a three-fifths (3/5) majority to pass the Council and be ratified. C. In times of imminent war or crisis, The Don can supersede the council to provide expedient decisions. VI. Elections A. All five government positions serve for a period of 90 days, with elections alternating contested positions every 30 days. Associates and Bosses in good standing may run for any available position. Unless otherwise stated, the incumbent Boss is assumed to be running. All Associates and Bosses have the right to vote. B. Dons will be elected by themselves, the Front and Trafficker will be paired as will the Warlord and Executive. C. Elections will be carried out in this manner: · Candidates post candidacy speeches · A 48 hour debate topic opens · A 72 hour election poll is opened VII. Impeachment A. A Boss can be impeached with a four-fifths (4/5) majority of the Ravyns Council. B. Should the Don be up for impeachment, a three-fourths (3/4) majority of the Associates must also be obtained. VIII. Violations A. Should a member of the Ravyns be found in violation of our Founding Principles or Rules of Engagement, a trial may be carried out by the Ravyns Council to decide their punishment. B. The Ravyns Council may decide by majority vote (3/5) to require financial reparations, suspend, expel or ZI (Zero Infrastructure) a nation found in violation of the Founding Principles or Rules of Engagement. C. A member current under trial or serving a punishment is considered to be in ill standing with the alliance and in that duration will be unable to run for a position in the alliance. D. Eternal ZI or Permanent ZI are illegal in the eyes of The Ravyns and is not an acceptable punishment for any violation of the Ravyns Founding Principles of Rules of Engagement. Should a member be found to be ordering or administering either punishment, they will find themselves under trial regardless of position. IX. Amendments A. Amendments to the Capo Di Tutti Capi may be proposed by any member of The Ravyns and passed by a three-fifths (3/5) majority of the Ravyns Council.
