When we signed this treaty, the treaty web was about the farthest thing from my mind. I believe a firm alliance is based on strong friendships between the members of the parties involved, and our two alliances have spent months getting to know each other. So please, I don't mind if you do not like the implications of this treaty, but at least respect the sanctity of friendship. Thank you.

Anyway, even though I'm a member of the Legion, I still consider myself quite unbiased and I used to be friends with Clockwise back when he was still in Legion and I have supported him on many issues (I think he can attest to this himself, although I don't think he'll admit to having any friends, something about his public image) and would like to clear up the situation a bit. During the war, Clockwise entered peacemode initially, claiming that he was housesitting for someone else and couldn't get on internet, so we said no problem, tell us when you're back. When he regained use of internet, he decided that he would stay in peacemode, but promised a large sum of money when the war ended to help the rebuilding effort. When the war did end, he refused to help rebuild, claiming some technicality, the exact nature of which I forget, but it was something petty. Anyway, we decided to kick him and ban him from forums and IRC, which, as most of you would probably agree, is justified. Now I don't know why Hubb went after him to pursue this matter, but please understand that the logs were probably taken not long after the war ended, we were still paying reps, not to mention rebuilding, so we were all rather bitter and tempers ran high. But I can tell you all now that the general consensus within the Legion is that we don't want or need the money anymore, and do not wish to pursue the issue any further. Pimptastic, as an acquaintance who once called you a friend, I'm very disappointed in you. Thank you all for your time.
