Verse I: R.E.S.P.E.C.T. (Snapping of towels at each other may be prohibited.) Members of MHA and GPF will not engage in wars with each other, sanction each other, send spies (unless they are carrying Pangalactic Gargle Blasters), or aid nations at war with either alliance. MHA and GPF will avoid airing of dirty towels in public and try to resolve differences through the Vogon Council or other diplomatic channels. Rogues and/or violations of terms will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, with potential for reparations. Verse II: Why can’t we be friends? (Don’t you, forget about me.) Diplomatic presence will be maintained in embassies on both boards and on IRC. MHA and GPF hopes to continue to build and strengthen relations and believes that while absence may make the heart grow fonder, presence makes the bond grow stronger. Verse III: Don’t… Let me be the last to know! (Global Towel Protection 24/7.) When GPF or MHA stumbles upon information that may be beneficial to each other (relating to alliance well-being), they will attempt to share the information reasonably as soon as possible. Verse V: Money, Money, Money! (You see me rolling, you hating? Gold plated globe and diamond studded towel.) GPF and MHA agree to help each other out with tech deals and trade circles. As part of building a secure Global economy, where everyone knows where their towel is. Chorus: War, huuh, What is it Good For? (Global Towel Protection 24/7.) MHA and GPF are at the hip when times are good and times are tough. During tough times (war) regardless who started what, MHA or GPF have the option to come to economic or military aid of each other. However, this assistance is completely optional. Bridge: Leaving on a Jet Plane (Starships, are meant to fly?) Violation(s) of the bad songs listed prior can result in the termination of this treaty. Alternately if either Alliance wishes to end this bad mixtape/poem, they may choose to put this ODP in the dumpster for any reason. After the dumpster service is notified to take out the trash, there is a 72 hours waiting period where all the songs from this treaty will be played on repeat and still be valid. However we were still prepared to step in against people without a treaty who attacked. 1 - 1 = 0 We violated neither of those treaties.
