The majority of players will not offer you aid for free. If you wish to "sell technology" or donations, you should see the threads in this forum: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showforum=62 This is done by using the in-game aid function. Someone will send you cash, and after the foreign aid expires, you will send them technology in return. Alternatively, you can join an alliance and see if they have an aid program. Also, please post in the appropriate forum and type with proper spelling and grammar. I'll leave this open in case anyone can offer a better answer than I can.
