1. Youwish has my demands. The time limit is extended but rest assured I was serious.
 2.
First round of interviews are done (with NPO and LSF members), still need GPA, GATO, MCXA, and a Vox alumni. Currently it's about 1,500 words with ten citations, I'm looking to double that.
You should take a look at the UPS 2.0 vs EGS incidents. Those were very exciting, and one of the first times GATO ever did anything in a 48 hour timespan.
 3.
I'll let others play e-lawyer since I don't care for it much (a little ironic since I've written a few treaties in my time, I guess...but I don't care about the text in this case). Regardless of the specifics of the paper, it is clear that CD took a white peace with the intention of using it to reload and redeploy elsewhere in the war.
What I will say is that we had no original intent to re-enter the war. We were tread on and we responded using the only option we felt we had at that point.
 4.
The terms clearly stated that if someone declares war against their allies ("or equivalent") after the surrender was posted, that CD (or anyone on that list) could enter to defend their ally. That line was completely pointless to include if it held no meaning behind it, which is the running argument held by your side. Edit: for reference:
Can we please not?
 5.
I lost all respect for CD throughtout this. If you want to do the "right thing" dont accept peace in the first place. You didnt do this to do the right thing, you did it to gain a tactical advantage.
Luckily we don't care. Those we needed to know the full story know.
 6.
1. NSO and ASU agrees to not re-enter the Doomhouse/NPO war for any reason, on any front that can be tangentially related back to the primary conflict.
Just like to point out that our friends in the NSO aren't the only ones that can start trends. Nobody outstupids CD.
 7.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Cairna, are you happy now you got one day of war? I'm glad you managed to get out with relatively light terms considering the amount of !@#$ talking that went on about disbandment in your DoW.
Not really. Please. People have been threatening to disband CD since....well, nobody has since Karma really. But still.
 8.
I was unaware people still tech sellers off with 3/100 deals. At 3/50 (The standard rate if one looks at the black market section of these forums), the top nations alone will be out 360mil and 12 slots of time, which they could have been using to funnel cash down into the mid-lower tiers. That combined with the rest of the reps meaning that CD will be paying roughly 1.2bil in reps for coming to the response of an ally. These terms are a !@#$@#$ joke.
Oh god oh god what have we done!! I keep telling BR we néed to start reading terms before we sign them! Sorry guys. Looks like we'll have something else to apologize for soon enough.
 9.
I am calling only the terms settled on and the wording of the apology "poor decisions" because they both were. I don't care that they have attained peace, and I respect them for the sacrifices they made on behalf of this coalition. I'm sorry that the existence of someone with differing opinions is something that offends you so greatly.
As much as I don't care for paying reps, we are not in any way worried about having to wait for the end of the conflict to pay our reps and be free. As such, they're good terms. We'll be back to aiding internally and externally in no time. Also, obligatory, Lusitan?
 10.
I suppose it's only obvious to those with extensive finance backgrounds, but I stand correct. Several months of aid lifts? Perhaps, if the allies are willing to get boned. A year of aidlifts? With the current stats? Quite literally impossible. And, even if in some mystical parallel universe where such a thing could occur, no one in their right mind would do so (leads to my point of a Pyrrhic victory).
They will need less and less aid as our offensive dwindles. That's the root of it. If the high levels of aid were likely to keep up, you might be nearing a point. But even then I'd argue that Umbrella, TOP and MK can handle that sort of stress.
 11.
Ok, 1 GOON I can understand thinking that, but now two? Just... wow. Wow. There is no adequate way to respond to that. What else goes on in this private little world of yours? Lol. There's no way I can top that. All I can say is just keep thinking that.
Until the aid-dropping nations are engaged ( and indeed since they have warchests, much after ) I imagine the aidlifts will continue. It's silly to think otherwise and you're making a fool of yourself not only in front of your enemies, but in front of those with whom you stand. So stop.
 12.
Another clueless one appears, if you really think we surrendered then you keep thinking that
Peaced out. I don't really care. I only have so much time to devote to politics. You're not on my radar, and so I don't know the details of Nordreich's involvement intrinsically. Sorry. Well, not really.
 13.
Attacks on NSO began as soon as NSO declared war. The window for CD to counter was between then and the time they signed the other terms.
The window for CD to attack opened when it became clear from the trolling and ghosting of SNAFU that we were being brought into this war whether we liked it or not, from where I stand. Not that I particularly feel like re-hashing any of it, let alone on the OWF. Either way whoever is arguing that the Nordreich and CD situations are similar needs to stop and give up. Very different situations, and this isn't the place for it regardless. As I understand it, nobody actually cares that Nordreich re-entered. At least nobody that they surrendered to.
 14. I haven't read the whole thread. But why is the CD terms thing being re-hashed again?
 15. Ivan does have a nickname. But my lips are sealed.
 16. Thread only funny for coalition dudes continuing to give DH material. Continue. Wheres HoT??
 17. Every time I read a post by HeroOfTime I get this feeling of disgust and want to defect. I can stomach being on the NPO's side, but being with HoT is just a lot to bare. Good to see these ends being wrapped up all the same.
 18.
Right... I lost track of THAT post.
Hassman is head of Augury and Spirituality in Carpe Diem. He's a bit difficult to comprehend but we've never been led astray with him as our guiding light.
 19. Why do all of Liz's posts read like bad haikus?
 20.
A certain few alliances would have been wise to surrender before I got myself some authority. Pray for a viceroy
CD will accept a viceroy so long as you are an active member of our forums and contribute to the /s/ thread regularly.
 21.
I will have to ask my Alliance leader, but feel free to call me if you need any minuscule assistance I hereby propose that this be made into a officially recognised unit of value, along with the already known "Methrage" (a sum of 90 million dongs). Then we could count reps in "four Methrages," or "two CSNs and a Methrage" etc.
I value this idea at approximately two Methrages, for comic value alone.
 22.
That's a risky way of doing things, to be honest and other signatories have said they would have preferred consultation as well so I still do think it was on CD to go to whoever signed it. I don't think staying out was an option for them, honestly, and that would have been the only alternative to a breach.
The assumption was that any warning or consultation would have been taken with hostility and bias, regardless of our situation. Looking back, this was a miscalculation, but like everyone says, we've made our bed.
 23.
Interesting... Carpe Diem are allied to Greenland Republic which is a member of CnG... So i await CnG declaration of war on TOP as none of CnG are connected to TOP, that is unless they're cherry picking treaties and hanging allies out to dry.
Oh, you are a funny one. Keep this silliness out of TOP's thread..
